DAVID ORTIZ WILL NEVER WIN THE MVP BEING A DH. MVP STANDS FOR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER. WHILE ORTIZ IS A MENACE AT THE PLATE HE IS STILL NOT A COMPLETE PLAYER. ORTIZ IS A LIABILITY IN THE FIELD. THATS WHY HE IS THE DH. THE ONLY REASON ORTIZA IS EVEN IN THE ALL-STAR GAM IS CAUSE OF HIS HITTING. THERE ARE FAR BETTER FIRST BASEMEN THEN HE IS. IF YOU ASK ME AND ITS HARD TO SAY THIS DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM A YANKEE FAN KEVIN YOUKALIS IS A FAR BETTER PLAYER THAN ORTIZ. MAYBE HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE RED SOX REPRESENTATIVD IN THE ALL-STAR GAME. ORTIZ DID NOT HAVE THE NUMBERS TO BE THERE THIS YEAR. SO I WILL GIVE IT TO YOU HE IS A GREAT HITTER BUT HE IS NOT A GREAT PLAYER.

As much as it pains me to say this being a Red Sox fan, I think A Rod will get the MVP - and rightfully so.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have this bad taste in my mouth now.
