The 2007 Fiesta Bowl between Oklahoma and Boise State has to be one of the best games I have ever seen.  Boise State is by far the best feel good team story in the nation.  It might be one of the best stories of all time.  Tears began to flow from my eyes when Boise State won the game on that amazing play, going for the win on a 2 point conversion instead of tying it.  That team has heart.  That coach has skills and heart.  Boise State had two of the most amazing plays I have ever seen!  The Boise State coach is awesome!  He is great!  He's got guts, glory, heart, and faith!  Boise State deserved this and earned it!  Congrats to Boise State, their team, coach, and fans and thanks for making a college football fan stand up and cheer and feel proud about this great sport.  OH MY GOSH, THAT PLAYER PURPOSED TO HIS GIRLFRIEND THE CHEERLEADER!  SHE SAID YES!  This is great!  This is literally one of the best sports stories I have ever witnessed.  There is nothing but love and heart in this team and their story.  A Hollywood script could not have been written better!  You know a game and a team is good when you root for another team but yet your heart pours out and you feel absolute love and happiness for another team.  It's teams, players, coaches, fans, nights, and games like this that just make you happy to be a sports fan, no matter who you root for, and I'm a Vols fan!  This definately makes up for the crappy Vols game I watched today!  What a way to start off 2007!

I've got to second that. Boise made me happy to be a sports fan. Best bowl game I've seen in twenty years!

Simple: Boise State has clinched a share of the national championship. If Ohio State wins, they claim the other half. It should have been BSU against OSU for the national championship, but because of television and name recognition, anything similar to this will never happen in our lifetime.

That game was amazing. It was one of those, "I can't believe this is happening" sports moments. The clock ticking down, I actually said to my wife, "Honey this game is going to be over in 10 seconds." And then the Hook and Ladder...just awesome.

And both plays at the end of OT...amazing. The 2-point converstion just made me laugh out loud, that play was so perfect. I mean, come on, not only did they have the whole OU D faked, I was faked...I was looking for where the ball had been thrown...and there goes Johnson into the endzone...when they showed the replay, I just kept laughing...great play, great game.

I wish we could see a Boise State v OSU game...just for the showmanship factor.
