I know, the title sounds optimistic. We are skeptical. Nice to win against some quality teams, but what a crappy weekend! Portland and Seattle losses? Suddenly the finale against New Orleans looks like a potential beating, with even more potential to be a GoldenState-like a** whipping like last year! New O has led the division all year, so there would be no shame in losing to them. Paul is simply amazing, and his support is quality. However, if they sit their starters and we don't thrash them in our house, all accusations of Mavericks as posers have new credence.

And what about 'Melo, anyway?
