Sports talk show host and Detroit Free Press columnist Bob "Wojo" Wojinowski as coined the Tigers rallying cry for the second half of the '08 season that I have used as the title of this blog entry.  I expect to see T-shirts around town shortly.

Here's the thing:  The Tigers have had an excellent week, gaining 5 games in the AL Central standings. That just goes to show that it is possible, especially in this division, to get back into the hunt. If the Tigers are going to do it (and that is still a big "if") they will have to make hay over the next 3 weeks, and the week after the all-star game. Their schedule if as favorable to the Tigers during that period as it will be all year. After that, it's going to be a grind, so they had better be within 4 or 5 game by that time to have a legitimate shot at winning the Central.

Yogi's friend the "Fat Lady" is currently on vacation.  All of us Tiger fans are hoping that she decides to extend it into the fall.
