Baseball the game has been trumped again by baseball the personality. The tabloid shark pool is in a feeding frenzy over Alex and Madonna. Who cares! The real news is the battle between the Cubs and Brewers GM's making the biggest moves of the year. The Brewers bring over a steady left hander in C.C. Sabathia, who can be dominating at times. The Cubs took a little riskier chance with Rich Harden, who has great stuff but has been on the DL six times in his six year career. The Brewers have some ground to make up but with C.C. they could avoid three game losing streaks.The bats are heating up at the right time too. The Cubs have to prove they will not fade down the stretch and if Harden can stay healthy with Kerry Wood closing games, it could get very interesting come September. Come on Media, give us baseball for baseball's sake. We should not have to here how some spoiled brat with more money than sense hooked up with a yester year singer. We want to know what our teams are doing and why. I, for one, want to hear about the game not about the cover of the National Enquirer.

One bigger issue your missing here.............The Brewers don`t have many quility players as the clubs do. CC well he not bad for a rent a player for 4 months. But he will npt be back with them next season......... But really the cubs did do what they had to get. They get a starter and and relief help!
