Lol at Pat White, his football coach is racist and he's blaming the baseball team for not having many black guys on the team.
Here's a little news flash for you Pat, COLLEGE Baseball is a mostly white sport, because Baseball isn't a very urbanely popular sports, so it's not a race issue, it's just that more white player are exposed to the game more than less fortunate black players, there for there will be more white players playing college baseball.
and I know what your thinking, but *LSU*, there are a ton of Latino players that are in the MLB, Well your right, but most of them don't have the grades to go to college, or don't get looked at by colleges because some of them didn't even pass high school, they just skip over the college experience completely.
And please save the crap and don't call me racist, because I'm not, it's just a simple fact, College Baseball is dominated by white players, because most urban players are either not exposed to the game enough to get any good at it, or they are good enough to skip to the MLB and they can't afford to go to college.
Contrary to what people think only about 20% of college baseball player get full scholarships in college and because of that urban players would have to pay for there education, which is really tough on families. Especially considering how expensive it is to play baseball. Think about it, Bats are around $300-$500, gloves are expensive, Cleats cost $120, Parents are expected to shell out money al the time to pay for meals, equipment, ect. And after spending money on all that, your still expected to pay your tuition. For players with less fortunate families you can forget this.
There for, this isn't reallyu a race issue, it's just more of a white players game on the colleg level.
