      Darren McFadden and Felix Jones are no doubt the games best RB tandem in college football.They had the kind of season they had last year with a sub par passing game.Even though the passing game may not be much better this year i still believe thier the best one two punch out there.If Casey Dick can show up and play this year and really come out of his own then that only improves what DMac and Felix Jones will be able to do.DMac for heisman!!!!!

No. Darren McFadden is the best running back in college football. A 'tandem' would mean shared carries, and McFadden and Jones do not 'split carries.' It's almost a 2:1 ratio in favor of McFadden.

Granted, both were prolific runners last season, but considering the alternative was letting Dick or Mustain throw, I can't blame Nutt for giving the ball to his backs as much as he did (by the way, how often do you put the words 'dick' and 'nut' in a sentence that isn't puerile and/or innuendo?) afterall, the best QB on the roster is Run DMC.

The best tandem resides in Clemson with Spiller and Davis toting the rock pretty much equally. I give them the edge on touchdowns.

Of course, I'd take either tandem.

so what your saying is that they must have a 1:1 ratio to be a tandem. Really all that means is if Arkansas had of given Jones the same number of carries they would have had 2 1300+ yard rushers if you avg. it out.

How about somewhere within a hundred carries of each other?

Otherwise, one could argue that Larry Johnson and Priest Holmes were the best 'tandem' in the NFL last season.
