Okay, Dawg fans.  We have no real complaints this week.  The big question mark was starting 2 frosh linemen and the D.  The answer?  No sacks, and part B, 14 points.  Okay, we weren't playing Florida.  But speaking of Florida, who did they play?  Some glorified high school from directional Carolina?  We played a real Division 1-A, Or FBS, or CBS, or whatever the call it this year, opponent, who had a vaunted, high octane offense, and held them to 2 TD's.  So, let's build on this going into the SC game.   We are not scared of Steve Spurrier and his acid tongue.  We don't like him and we don't like his team.  Let's beat them by the 3 points and move on.  Yes, sorry, we don't blow out SC any more.  Go back and look at the last few years.  We usually play everybody the same, year in and year out.  And the SC game is usually close, and we usually win it.  I am sticking with that, until they prove me wrong.  Yes, I call 15 points close. Why? Because in this series, you can blow off that kind of lead in two minutes.  And it is usually a big defensive battle.  Boring, but , good football.  I'll check back in next week on this.
