Hey guys, here is a little NFL Wrap Up for Week 1.
The Colts beat the Saints, 41-10. Hard to believe this game was tied 10-10 going into halftime. Peyton and co. broke out in the 2nd half, scoring 31 un-answered points.
The Broncos beat the Bills 15-14 on a last second Jason Elam field goal. The Broncos shouldn't have let the Bills hang around that long...
The Titans beat the Jaguars, 13-10 in a low-scoring boring game. Chris Brown ran for 175 yards on 19 carries.
Washington beat the 'fins, 16-13 on a field goal in overtime.
Carolina beat the Rams27-13 as they shut down Steven Jackson, allowing him to rush for only 58 yards.
The Patriots crushed the Jets, 38-14. Ellis Hobbs ran back a kickoff 108 yards for the longest kickoff return in history. Randy Moss also had a great game, with 183 recieving yards and a touchdown.
The Vikings whupped the Falcons, 24-3. Adrian Peterson ran for 103 yards in his debut.
Pittsburgh killed the Browns 34-7! For all the Browns fans out there, one word: Ouch.
The Pack won over the Eagles, 16-13. It was a good game, as it stayed close through out this one. Brett Farve just got away on several plays, with some of them resulting in nice gains. He tied John Elway's record for the most wins as a starter.
Houston took one from the Chiefs by a score of 20-3. Larry Johnson was doing good, but only got 10 carries. Hmmm.
The Seahawks won against the Bucs 20-6. Shawn Alexander ran for 105 yards and a touchdown.
The Bolts beat Da Bears, 14-3. Da Bears shut down LT in the first half, but he passed for a touchdown and ran for another in the 2nd half.
The Lions beat the Raiders 36-21 in a game that was actually interesting. But what happened to the Raiders D?
The 'Boys took one from the Giants in a good game, 45-35. Eli Manning slightly seperated his shoulder in this game however.
Baltimore lost to the Bengals, 27-20 in a great game. It was a thriller, but the Ravens just couldn't pull out a late comeback. The Ravens turned the ball over 5 times...OUCH!
The 49ers beat the Cards 20-17 in the late Monday night game. Frank Gore ran for only 55 yards...
Ok, there is your NFL Week 1 wrap-up. Check back here later this week for Week 2 predictions and next week's wrap up.

Broncos shouldn't have let Bills "hang around" that long? The Broncos led in the game for exactly 0:01 seconds, which was the game ending kick. Maybe the Bills shouldn't have let the Broncos hang around that long, think of that?

I meant the Broncos should have had this game before a last second kick. Maybe they were looking ahead, past the Bills...

Randy Moss had a "good game"??? He had 183 yards and a touchdown, his most since 2000!!! That's great in in my opinion.

I had the Bills favored to win that game at home against a more inexperienced QB in Cutler and with Denver running a new blocking system for their o-line this year. If you watched this game like I did, the Bills had better talent on the field and this was reflected in the fact that they led the entire game. The Broncos are not a good enough team to be looking past anyone. They have Cutler at QB remember? What has he ever done? Big Ben lead his team to playoffs and 15-1 record his first season. What did Cutler do last year? Thank you, no playoffs and average performances.
