There's Brian Urlacher. There's the break out Barrett Rudd. And then there's Nick Barnett. Some people still might not know who he is, because he's been overshadowed by Brian Urlacher as the best middle linebacker in the NFC. I just wanna make this post so people come to respect Nick Barnett.
Some people are like, "Hey isn't that the guy that got in a bar incident." Yes, thats the guy your thinking of. Most people are thinking, " There's another athlete living above the law", but if you read the stuff about what happened that night, everyone there, including the bartender said that he didnt do anything wrong. So let's just all forget about that and focus on why I'm talking about this guy.
He's an insane tackling machine. He's shut down Brian Eastbrook, LT, and Clinton Portis this year. He's the best middle linebacker in the NFC. Period. Urlacher is overrated. He got pushed around against the Packers in week 5, and got embarassed last week by the rook, Adrian Peterson. The only thing he's done this year is pick off a pass that Favre threw right into his lap. So the next time you hear someone bragging up Brian Urlacher, just remember, there's Nick Barnett in front of him. The same Nick Barnett who, if he wasn't there, the Packers defense would be in dismay. Keep an eye out for him.

Maybe if you got the dude's name right - Brian WESTbrook, you wouldn't sound like an idiot and actually have some credibility.
Nick Barnett is a hell of a football player and underrated, but Brian Urlacher is not only the best linebacker in the NFC, but also the best inside linebacker in the entire league.
You're blaming Adrian Peterson's field day against the Bears on Urlacher alone? Keep in mind that AP is a beast and gashed the Pack all over the place in the first half until Brad Childress decided to stop feeding him the football in the second. He had 10 carries for over 100 yards against the Pack.
Have a clue what you're talking about first please before you make us Packer fans look bad.
