My dad and I were just looking at various websites and where they have the UC Bearcats playing in the post season. One website says OSU vs West Va in the Rose Bowl because the RB will lose their automatic bid from Pac 10 champ Oregon because they feel they will be in the BCS NC game. The RB will then have the first pick and they will take Big East champ West Va. Ok, so it's going out on a limb to say UC will win the Big East championship, but let's say they do. UC will then travel across the country to play OSU (assuming Jim Tressel keeps up his job of owning the Michigan Wolverines).
This is a game that a lot of people in Ohio would like to see. Except the Ohio State heirarchy. UC and OSU have had a series in the past, but that has since been canceled because Ohio State doesn't want to play UC anymore. So wouldn't it be sweet to see OSU play UC in the Rose Bowl? I wouldn't mind. Hopefully all the stars fall into place and this happens. I sure wouldn't mind a little trip to Pasadena for the bowl game.

Cincinatti looked really good against Uccon, I wouldnt mind seeing them stomp some buckeye, it would be a good game probably.....at least we know the buckeyes wouldnt get blown out in that one.

Report Offensive CommentSandals41, you're completely forgetting about USC finishing second in the Pac-10 to Oregon (who will play in the BCS National Championship) getting the Rose Bowl bid. No way in the world is any logical, even-keeled Rose Bowl official going with the champ of the ho-hum Big East over USC. If both teams win out it will be a USC-Ohio State Rose Bowl.
Of course this is all speculation like everyone else. Maybe we're both wrong. One way or another it should be interesting.
