I'm going to do another short, but sweet blog here. I have just received admin status for this group, which is the largest Mavs group on FanNation. I'll be honest and say that I know little to nothing about basketball, but I am a Mavs fan. As such, I need all our members to do 3 things:
1. Be Active. If you're reading this, comment and respond. Get into the locker talk and the message section. What's on your mind about the Mavs?
2. Invite more people. Search in the members or groups section of the community. Keep your eye out for people who have names or list the Mavs as their favorite group. Grow the group.
3) I can't do it alone. If you know me on this site, you know I blog like crazy, but for many, many different groups. Just Fanmail me or leave a comment in locker talk that you want to blog. If it's just once a month, week, day...whatever. It doesn't have to be a long blog, just interesting. Give your thoughts. If you see an article, just post it with the authors name, the date of the article, and a link.
Make this a great group. I know there are a ton of Mavs fans around the Dallas Metroplex area and also around the world. If you know people who'd like to be on FanNation and join our group, send them an invite too!
I'm the Admin of the group, but I don't have to be the only one. If you have ideas, I'm always open. Keep an eye out for the next blog. If you know of some cool sites to get inside information on the NBA and the Mavs let me know. I'm still learing about the NBA. Thoughts? Questions? Ideas? Drop me a line.

hey I know a lot about the NBA, and my dad goes to every Dallas game that he can, when he travels. I love the Mavericks, can you consider me as a administrater of the group. you can send me a fanmail.
