Why wait for Tuesday? I'll give you the AFC Pro Bowl team right now.

This is done objectively, and objectivity is showing how top-heavy the AFC truly is. And it's not just the Pats, even though they do have five representatives; Cleveland (???) does as well. San Diego has six. Which Steelers are going?

(Note: Stats are through Week 14, Pro Bowl voting ended after Week 13)

I like it. Objective for sure. One name who I would want on the Colts D is Antoine Bethea. 4 INTs. He's been great. Sanders may or may not get in. I think he will. The Colts D is a no name D much like the 1972 Dolphins' D.

Champ Bailey should not go to the Pro Bowl. Terrance McGee is much more deserving. Bailey had 6 more tackles (70 to 64), same # of INT and FF (3 and 0), and McGee has 6 more Passes Deflected (20 to 11). Actually, McGee leads the AFC in PD by a wide margin (the next closest, Cromartie and Samuel, have 16).

The differences I'd make is Willie Parker over McGahee.

DeMarco Ryans and D.J. Williams (Broncos) also deserve some credit. While Bob Sanders and Ed Reed are always great players.

Also, the kicker, S. Graham, needs to be there over Reed.

Overall, great predictions.

I forgot to vote...

Oh yeah, and Angelo Crowell (OLB) should go to. He's 4th in the AFC in total tackles, and that includes MLBs. He has 27 more tackles than the next closest guy you have. Also, he is only one of two players to have an INT among the guys you listed, and he's one of only two LBs in the AFC to have a safety (the other one has 8 tackles this year). Crowell also easily deserves a spot.

Oh yeah, and Jeff Reed hasn't even made a FG of over 50 yards. His one attempt was that 65 thingy. Give me Shayne Graham or Kris Brown.

Ha! You guys are great...you highlighted all of my really tough choices.

Lifer, McGee was on there, then he wasn't. I put him back on, but he got cut on the final draft. The fact he has 20 pass break-ups shows teams are really gunning for him, and I can't think that's because he's a Pro Bowl caliber player. He is very deserving, however. Your point is well-noted. I am pretty happy with my choices for OLB, though. Crowell has had a great year, but I really can't get him on a team if there's four OLBs. Five, perhaps.

Denis, It was tough leaving 'Mec and DJ Williams off the list, but the guys I have on there are just a little more versatile, in my opinion. They didn't have the amount of tackles those two had, but they did a little bit more overall. Also two very strong choices, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if one if not both of them made it.

I'm ok with Jeff Reed, to be honest. I can't really see the logic in putting Shayne Graham over Reed if 50+ yard field goals are your main stat; Graham hasn't hit one, either. Brown? Maybe. Two misses from 40-49 though...Helluva leg, no doubt. But like I said, I'm ok with Reed.

Irish, Sanders is the most talented FS in the AFC (yes, including Ed Reed), and will easily get in there over Jones, but I think Jones has done a little bit more without a guy like Brackett in front of him, ya know? A safety has to do less in a Tampa 2 when you have a MLB playing at such a high level.

Phenominal player, though. Definitely the All-Pro at that position. Just wanted to get something interesting to debate.

Brackett is amazing. He has great hands for a linebacker, and he is pretty good in the run coverage. The Colts can go so deep at linebacker, which is one of the reasons why Sanders and Bethea look so good all of the time. Brackett has also tipped 3 passes that ended up being INTs, so he easily could have 7(!) right now. As a Colts fan, you learn never to become attached to a linebacker because they only last 2 years, but the Colts have to keep him.
