Even without beating the Dallas Cowboys, the Carolina Panthers may have changed the face of the NFC Playoffs. If T.O. is slowed down by this ankle injury, then the Cowboys offense is changed dramatically. His strength and speed are the reason he must be doubled at all times which not only makes it easier to get single coverage for their other receivers, but it also opens up the running game because it does not allow opponents to put a safety in the box without exposing them to the dangers of a "zero coverage" situation in the event of a wide receiver or running back getting past the first line of defenders. If he is not there or hampered by this injury then the Cowboys offense may have trouble moving the ball and that would be costly going into the playoffs...

That may be, but I still think we can win. Offenses adjust, as do defenses. We may get glenn back, we may not. there is still enough parcells left in this team to play a grind it out game and win one or three playoff games. they may not have done it with him, but they do know how. the biggest o-line in the league and a hof tight end and a bruiser running back and two linebackers with at least 12 sacks each...I like our chances.

The biggest o line in the league? Glen vs TO? Come on man look beyond your worship of the cowboys, you sound like an idiot. Tonight set you back more than you'd care to admit / realize. Goodnight Cowboys, hopefully now we'll see a real super bowl; Green Bay vs Pats.

plenty of other weapons on both sides of the ball.
plus, the extent of injury isnt known yet.
sorry pats, but TO isnt the achilles heel of the cowboys. mouth maybe, but not heel.

<Come on man look beyond your worship of the cowboys, you sound like an idiot. > Really dude?
My worship of the cowboys had nothing to do with that statement. Just realizing that historically, a physical running game and controled passes have won in Jan-feb. Unlike what the pats will have to do in foxboro, dallas is better built for that. (see jets game) The only othet team to throw as much as you guys and win the super bowl was the rams, I believe, and they were in a dome troughout the playoffs. You guys wont get that luxury until arizona, assuming you make it. If I were you, I would get off of this cowboys bashing and start focusing on the jaguars, they will run all over you guys. Doesnt do any good to worry about the superbowl if you dont make it there. Personnally, I am more worried about wgho we will play next week than I am you guys.
