Welcome to the 19th installment of Love it ? or Hate it ?..as usual we take a subject and tell you whether we love it or hate it.

We want you to feel free to throw in your 2-cents.

The first subject is horse racing...watching or betting on.

Harry: Love it.

I hate to just watch it..i would rather watch someone carving wood..but if i actually go to one..now we are talking..i have been to Lonestar Park..right outside Dallas a couple of times and had a blast..3-5-8 trifecta please ( Burp !!)

I miss greyhound racing in Florida and also jai-alai..total blast.

I also have a gambling problem i am working on.

Hate watching on it and would never bet on it...not because of principle or religious ideology, but simply because its boring and it sucks....I'd probably put my money on the horse with the cleverest name and lose.

If I need a nap, then sure I'll watch it. Otherwise I would rather watch the Lawrence Welk show.

However, if they put monkeys on the horses and blindfold the horses, that I would watch.

Curly Lambeau: Hate it.

Horse racing. Hate it. Not entirely sure why. I mean, I know that the horses are only doing what they were made to do. I know that giving horses drugs is supposed to be rare and illegal. I know that the whole shady, mafioso thing is probably just in my imagination. I'm sure I'd enjoy seeing a race if I ever saw one, but...

Until then, horse racing conjures up images in my head of animals pushed too far. I see a horse with crazy thin legs (because it was bred to have crazy thin legs) breaking one of his legs and... Suddenly, he's a goner. Veering around the track as aimlessly as a junebug, all that bone and muscle suddenly worthless and undone. It's a pathetic sight. Which is to say that it arouses pathos within me. Now, sure, I know what you're gonna' say... "But, Curly, didn't Aristotle identify pathos as one of the inartistic rhetorical proofs?" Sure, sure. I know. It's a fair point, but what can I say? I hate looking at it. That's just me.

Horse racing is stupid. Horses are so much faster than we are, why should we even TRY to race one?

The whole industry is rife with rich rich rich people, and their life is so far removed from mine, that I couldn't two poops for it. Screw those horses and their people.

They stink to everyone but the one smoking it. And that photo of the California governor smoking one makes him look like that's the only pole he smokes.

I just don't see the point. They smell awful. I just don't understand why someone would stick a big brown smelly thing in their mouth.

I sometimes would have one hanging around for a poker game so i could get the 2 guys on each side of me to forget what they were doing with their cards and pay all their attention on me and the nasty stogie fumes hovering about..gross invention here...like smoking raked leaves...smells like them too.

The third subject is drag racing.

Drag racing. Sure, I love it. I've never been to one of these, but I already know for a fact that it'd be awesome. It's like you can actually hear the fuel injectors sucking in that jet fuel they use. Totally rad.

I will put this simply..drag racing is a drag..thats why they named it that...snooze inducing motor-head drivel.

What's the point of watching guys dress up as chicks and run around a track ? I would rather watch horse racing.

It's All Mine!: Love it.

I was way into it years ago, but lately I don't tune into it very often. I find it to be worlds more entertaining and mind blowing than NASCAR. Go to a meet some time, and it'll freak you the heck OUT, they're so fast.

I don't really care at all about auto or bike racing...the only race I like is the Klement's Sausage Races @ Miller Park...my favorite racer = Brett Wurst.

But I loved him in "There's Something about Mary". He's over-exposed now, and I'm getting very weary of his flat one-sided acting.

Sorry, he just isn't funny. I would rather watch drag racing than a Ben Stiller movie.

He's been on my list of "Actors I Wish Were Dead" along with Owen Wilson, Matthew McConaughy, Will Ferrell, Andy Dick and...hmmm, nope think I covered them all - though Vince Vaughn is quickly becoming a candidate....it all kinda went downhill for you Vince after "Psycho" which was the last good movie you were in, in my professional opinion.

Sure he throws out as many stinkers like " Zoolander" as he does laugh fests like " Meet the parents", " There's something about Mary" and " Dodgeball "..but gotta say he cracks me right up...one of my favorite comedians...Gaylord Greg Focker gets a thumbs up !!

Curly Lambeau: Love him.

Did somebody say that Zoolander was stupid?? No way, dude! Watch it again. ...the way his model friends were so stupid that they died in a "freak gasoline fight accident"? The way Derek wanted to "give back," and so he came up with the idea for The Derek Zoolander School For Kids Who Can't Read Good And Want To Learn To Do Other Stuff Good Too? And then, when they showed him a model of how the school would look, he smashes it on the floor in rage and says "what is this, a school for ANTS?! How are the kids supposed to learn to read good when they can't even get inside the BUILDING?!"

That's funny stuff, friends and neighbors. Ben Stiller's great. In conclusion, let me just say: "I have nipples, Greg. Could you milk me?"

I don't have a clue who he is, but he looks like I would hate him. I would rather watch a Ben Stiller movie.

John Clayton? Sure. He's got a face for radio, but he's usually interesting. Besides, anyone who can succeed with that mug deserves his props. Which, in this case, means that he gets the priviledge of being loved by yours truly.

Hey..so the guy looks like a baby bird..but he is always the go to guy for late-breaking NFL news.

I actually had Sean Salisbury in this spot..but i hated the way he used to bully and dismiss Clayton so i switched places with them..Salisbury isn't worth my time...exept for his invention of steaks smothered in mushrooms and brown gravy of course...love those.

Love him...kinda. He's usually right and I agree with most of what he says (and I hate his opposite in Sean Salsbury), but he comes off as a pretentious arschloch.

One word: He's Boring...Okay, two! Two words! He is boring...Three! Three words about John Clayton. He is boooooorrrrriiiiing!

It's hard not to like guys blowing up stuff, especially one that wears a beret (if that technically is a beret). Most everything they cover is really cool and again, usually ends up in stuff blowing up.

Harry: Love it.

They had a James Bond one that was cool..the exploding pen from "Goldeneye"..they went to a quarry and took a pen with some explosives in it and stuck it in the shirt pocket of a dummy and tried to blow it up.

It didn't blow it up all the way so..bigger pen and more explosives..not to their liking again..until finally they had a pen the size of a pringles can packed with like 2 sticks of dynamite worth of powder and blew the dummy to smithereens...they said.. hey what the hell..we already proved it wrong..lets use up the rest of the explosives.

It's All Mine!: Love it.

Love this show! I believe these guys truly have the greatest job in the world. It makes no difference if they bust or confirm a myth...they're having fun doing it, and they have actually answered some of the questions my friends and I have had.

Curly Lambeau: Love it.

Oh, how do I love Mythbusters? Let me count the ways! Okay, I won't count the ways, but I will just say that these guys enjoy their work more than anybody I've ever seen. I once saw them construct a lead zeppelin that actually flew. I've seen them apply the scientific process to determine whether it was actually easy to shoot fish in a barrel. Every show: ten new contraptions. And these guys just have a blast. What's not to love?

I'm sure everything they do is staged. I doubt they have any real knowledge of the myth they are busting other than what the producers tell them to say about it. They are merely TV hosts. I would rather watch John Clayton.

The seventh and final subject is Phil Simms.

He was over rated as a QB, just like his pitiful son. I just don't see the infatuation with him. I would rather watch Myth Busters.

My favorite game announcer followed by Aikman..he knows his stuff and doesn't make me want to turn the volume down..he's the man...does a lot of Pats games so i am familiar with him.

Because of you Phil, my Packers squeezed one more good year out of Brett Favre and we got a draft pick for him by trading him...the Jets got a lemon (my opinion, yet to be seen for sure though).

Curly Lambeau: Love him.

Love him, I guess. but... haven't we already done Phil Simms? Maybe we haven't... I don't know. All these pale blonde ex-quarterback announcers start to run together after awhile.

Anyway, that won't stop me from loving Phil. He'll tell ya' about the game, and provide a little analysis now and again, as opposed to talk your ears off and trying to hype everything.

Don't know much about the guy except that he was a fair-to-middlin' quarterback, and that he is now an NFL analyst for one of those TV studio sport thingies. He talks, people listen, so what?

Dukey Vitale the Duke homer.. is a reoccuring guest on " Mike and Mike in the morning" and also a reoccuring nightmare to me.

I must say when he is on..his voice reminds me of Marlon Brando doing the Godfather hopped up on speed..the guys mouth goes a mile a minute and i think he could shatter glass with that voice..i don't only hate him..i loathe him.

The man is a broadcasting genius baby! Oh, I love that. Rock Chalk Jayhawk baybee!!! We're at the big dance baybee! I love that stuff baby! I wish he were on TV more. If every broadcaster modeled their technique after Dickie V, oh what a wonderful world it would be.

Yeah, he's a homer and all but he loves the sport he covers and his speech when he was inducted into the Collegiant Basketball Hall of Fame makes you forget how annoying he can sometimes be.

He is the most energetic announcer I ever heard. Dick Vitale is Awesome with a capital A, baby! He brings you in the game and keeps you watching. Dicky V is my favorite announcer.

She is sexy, smart, and she reminds me of my third grade teacher. FANTASY TIME! I wanted her when she did SNL's "Weekend Update". And I want her now. And when she was my third grade teacher. And now. Aaaand...NOW!

I love Saturday Night Live, and I like everyone on it. I really don't know this person too much though, so this is all I really have on this one.

We're not allowed to say "myeh", and I don't hate her. She's funny. She's quirky. So, while I don't "LOVE" her love her, I will still say that I love her.

I am a big fan of her show " 30 Rock "...Alec Baldwin slays in that show.. as does she.

She never fails to crack me up..she is very good looking also..has that teacher or librarian vibe going on with the glasses..i like it.

She just oozes sexy. Maybe it's her librarian look. Maybe it's her eyes. I don't know, but she is one of the sexiest actresses in Hollywood.

The third subject is playing Bocce ball.

But only because I don't know what the heck it is. When I think of bocce ball I think of that Seinfeld episode where one of Jerry's dad's grumpy friends says something like, "quit bothering me, I'm trying to play bocce ball".

That's who I think plays bocce ball - grumpy old men.

Harry: Love it.

PackBrew mentioned this the other day and i was like..YES !!..this is an awesome yard game and trust me if you play it once..you are hooked for life.

You can get a decent set at a sporting goods store for like $15..so do your friends a favor and get a set and whip it out at your next get together..whip it out meaning the bocce balls of course.

Cheezhead: Love it.

My aunt and uncle gave us Bocce a few years ago and I loved it. I just played on vacation at my cousin's house, too. My favorite is when you have to aim up or down hill; hook it the right way, or you mess up. Oh, and I win a lot too, so there's a big reason right there. Jyoti might not like bocce, though, seeing she'd count as a ball when somebody lost one.

I have never played it, but I think I would enjoy it. I get into games like this, and usually continue to play once i am turned on to them. I have a question, though: Isn't Mr. Bocce, like, pissed? If it were me, I'd demand my balls back. Unless I were married.

I've never played it, don't know if I'd enjoy playing it, wouldn't know the rules so that I'd be able to play it, but I'll say love it because I've never met a lawn game I didn't like. ...not to mention that the chick 2nd from the left is pretty easy on the eyes, if ya' know what I'm sayin', eh heh heh heh.

One of the best games to play while drinking...at worst you accidentally toss a ball and hit your friend in the head...at best you just drop it on your toes.

The fourth subject is roasted peanuts in the shell.

What's not to love? I would never stand in a super market and say, "Y'know, I could use some peanuts in the shell. I think I will buy some," but, if I find myself at a bar where they're givin' 'em away free, and one of my friends goes over and gets a basket of them... I'll definitely eat my share. They're a good "distraction food." Like, if you're doing something else, you'll eat a hundred of them before you think about it.

But I have to differentiate--Salted? Love them! Not salted? Like them.

I love roasted peanuts. I don't eat them too much but they taste good. The only problem I have with them is getting them out of the shell. Sometimes it takes me a while, haha.

Come on, who doesn't love them. I remember when I was a kid and my grandfather grew peanuts. He would go pick a mess of them and then roast them. They were and still are awesome.

You can have your crappy nachos with cheese manufactured by Dupont..and you can take your pretzels and chips..just leave me these babies.

If your sitting at home watching football these are a must..plus they have the added attraction of being throw friendly..a handful of these pelting a television as you watch your team lose by a field goal as time expires..should do no harm to the screen..or the back of a friends head for that matter.

Wow, that's 5 "love it"'s in a row! PTI is my favorite show on ESPN. Wilbon and Kornheiser get along great and I love the jokes they pull off. They cover a lot of big issues too. I guess you could say it's a SportsCenter without highlights and with debating.

It's All Mine!: hate it.

First, it has Tony Kornheiser. Someone should cut his tongue...wait. I said that already. Hmmm. Someone should take him to the...no, no...He should just go away. That show is more annoying than Tim Robbins and Susan Sarandon talking politics--SHUT...UP!!! SHUT UP!!! SHUT UP!!! SHUT UP!!! SHUUUUT UUUUP!!!

Culy Lambeau: love it.

I do genuinely enjoy this show. I don't know exactly what it is... I think it's the way that Mike and Tony seem to actually listen to one another's arguments. They seem to actually enjoy debating one another. Usually talking heads will only be waiting for their face time and only worried about looking cool (see "Horn, Around the").

Great show..i always click it on when i get home from work..Kornheiser plays better one on one than in a large group..him and Wilbon are a great team..love watching the side ticker waiting for it to get to a topic that i like.

If the next 3 topics up are Nascar, Roger Clemens and Wade Phillips..i know i can leave for a few minutes and come back.

Love it, though Kornheiser takes wayyy too much vacation (and I know for some people, that's a good thing). Wilbon & Kornheiser compliment each other and have great dialog and point-counterpoint arguments.

I've never seen a single episode, so I am more than qualified to say unequivocally this is the best show on ESPN.

Never fails to crack me up..well except maybe "Nacho Libre"..which i thought was a bummer.

If "High Fidelity".."Orange County" or "Shallow Hal" are on ..i'm in. I really want to see "Tropic Thunder" with him and Ben Stiller..looks awesome.

I like the movies he has done, and he has energy. He puts a lot of work into his acting. Now, he's nowhere as loved by me as I love Will Smith (girl, your feet must be tired 'cause you've been running through my mind ALL day!), but Jack Black is a great actor.

Take that Curly. I loved him in School of Rock but hate him in Tropic Thunder. He just does not look right in that Bozworth style. Of course, I have not, nor plan to see Tropic Thunder, so again that makes me the foremost expert in judging movies.

The guy's hilarious. I remember once when he was being interviewed by Stone Philips about his song writing and how often he writes. He said something like "oh!...all the TIME, man! You wanna' see me write a song right now? Okay, here's one about you..." Then he sang the theme song from the Transformers with Stone Philips name replacing the word Transformers. That cracked my crap up. "STONE PHILIPS... more than meets the eye... STONE PHILIPS... more than meets THE EYE!!" Then Jack Black explained his inspiration for the song by saying "I just wrote it like that because your name is Stone Philips and I think there's more to you than meets the eye."

I know funny, and that's funny.

Hate him....not so much for his personality, which I guess is a thing golf could use more of, but hate him moreso because I hate the sport of golf.

The man is my golf hero. Screw Tiger Woods, Daly is the MAN. He told the establishment to go suck farts out of dead vultures. He marches to the beat of his own drum and he could give a crap what people think. You gotta love a guy who can drive the ball a bazillion yards with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and takes a shot of whiskey before he tees it up.

The PGA needs more people like Daly. Then maybe people would actually watch it.

One of his quotes...

" I believe nicotine plus caffeine equals protein." ... he can pop off a 350 yard drive and not break a sweat.

The guy is an origional..he's a non-conformist..he plays by his own rules..forget the mess up your career crap with the missed opportunities..he's set for life with endorsement deals and long ball contests.

He signs fans boobers with a black sharpie..HA ! HA !..how cool is that ?..would Tiger do that ? i think not..he's a boy scout.

Behind Phil Mickelson..he is my favorite golfer..yeah Daly smokes and drinks..so what ?...i have been known to tee off with a Marlboro hanging out of my mouth and have a can of beer waiting for me in the cup holder of the golf cart...so what ?

Don't tell me you don't love the idea of living your life like he does! He's like the Frank Sinatra of the PGA. He's the Dennis Rodman of golf. He's the Charlton Heston of the links. He's the...okay, I got nothing else. Ooh! I know! He's the IAM of the...let's see...PGA...golf...links...got it!

John Daly is the IAM of the cups!

What? WHAT!?

Curly Lambeau: Hate him.

Sure, he's a character. Sure, it's entertaining to see how he's going to throw everything in the toilet AGAIN... but A) this guy could've been great, and he chose straight-up debauchery instead, and B) his marriages have nearly ended in murder a few times. That's... uh... not healthy.

Now, I'll admit that he does have an "everyman" quality, but I contend that he has this in a BAD way. Sports are supposed to be about crowning those who achieve the BEST of human potential. John Daly is the exact opposite of that. He represents the self-inflicted failure... the wasted gifts... I look at him and see a mirror of not what we could be, but of what we are. It's the tragedy that results when selfishness triumphs over faithfulness. Obviously, I resemble John more than Tiger, so I'm not judging him, but that's a bad thing about me... and it's a bad thing about John, and it's a bad thing about so many people, and it makes me sad.

Oooooh....I think I would have been the first person to love everything on the list, but you threw this one in here. The only thing I can say I like about this guy is that he and I were born on the same day. But look at the section for him in "off-course life": Alcoholism, Gambling, Drugs and the PGA, Health, and Marriages. Doesn't sound like a great role model. Plus I don't like golf; the only golfer I really like is Tiger (of course). So, yeah, hate him.

Harry: Morning Jyoti..first off i figured i would tell you that both IAM and PackBrew are both out of the hospital and have had a complete recovery.

Welcome to the 17th installment of Love it ? or Hate it ?..as usual we take a subject and tell you whether we love it or hate it..feel free to throw in your 2-cents. Humor us..tell us which subjects you love and which ones you hate.

The first subject is 1st and 10's Skip Bayless.

Harry: Hate him.

About 15 years ago was the upstart of a great sports radio station in Dallas called KTCK The Ticket 1310..this idiot was one of the founding members and investors when it started..the lines were always flooded with people lambasting him..me included.

The station quickly got great ratings due to the other personalities and was bought from the current owners..and since Bayless was a shareholder they quickly bought him out and gave him the boot much to the liking of the Dallas sports public.

He does the same old schtick on 1st and 10..he is loud abrasive and his opinion is the only one that matters..this is a doofus-deluxe here.

Sorry, can't stand anything about Cold Pizza. Just a stupid show, and another attempt by ESPN to make sports into something People magazine would cover. Now Rick Bayless...Skip's brother...I would happily have him cook me any number of meals...mmmm...me love food.

I have never seen anything he's ever done. But judging by that photo, I can tell that I hate him. What a big mouth! Talk, talk, talk! Point, point, point! And that PEN!

Curly Lambeau: Love him.

I don't know. Everybody else said they hate him, so maybe I should show him a little love. I will say that the first time I saw him on TV, I thought to myself "hmm... looks like ESPN hired themselves another annoying guy." ...furthermore, I'll admit that I don't watch his show very often, and it doesn't take much to lure me away to another channel, but still...

I enjoy watching the other guy sitting across from him. Skip's got a very Bill O'Reily/FOX NEWS style of speaking where he tries to intimidate whoever he's talking to. It's interesting to see how effectively the other person will fight back.

So, I'll go with love him, even though I agree he's a strange dude, and I'd never, like, invite him to my house or anything.

The second subject is the Geico cavemen.

Josh: Hate them.

Blah.

That's all I can say...they had their 15 minutes, they were funny for awhile, and they still make me chuckle occasionally...so I feel no ill will towards them. But the joke has passed, let them fade into the sunset Geico.

It's All Mine!: Love them.

At first. When those commercials first came onto the tube, I cracked up. They had a Saturday Night Live quality to them, and I enjoyed them with gusto (that's Spanish for enthusiasm). But THEN...

OVERKILL!!! Just like every song that I have ever liked on the radio, OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER [fade to silence]...

I hated every single commercial Geico put out w/ them. Never watched the show, but if it survived its pilot episode then slap me up and call me Winston Churchhill.

Curly Lambeau: Love them.

I love the cavemen. Everything they do is art. Seriously, it's strange how amusing these commercials are. They remind me a bit of Calvin & Hobbes, the way that there's a surprisingly complex world that's just completely silly. And the thing is: The original idea out of which the whole series of commercials flows is just that stupid tag-line ad with the talking head with the cheesy smile saying "Geiko, so easy a caveman could do it!" ...I mean, of itself, that's a crappy idea for a commercial. I'd love to know who came up with this. Anyway, I could go on and on. The cavemen just never get old.

These guys rock, literally. I don't love them as much as the Gecko, but these guys make commercials enjoyable. I love watching their ads. The marketeer who thought up that schtick is pure genius.

I will make this short and simple..this is the lamest and unfunniest ad campaign ever thought up..i cringe when i see it.

" Hey let's make-up this guy like a caveman..put him in jeans and have him dance around " a regular laugh riot there.

The third subject is sports radio talk show host Jim Rome.

I only watched his show once when it first came out, and I remember thinking, "Wow. This guy is EMPHATIC! He really means that s**t he's saying!" He was angry. He was knowledgeable. He had his own show. He was me, except for the show part. So, I love the memory of him. Ah, the good old days.

I suppose, just because I have good memories of him. He first came out when I was in highschool, and my friends used to laugh when I'd do my impression of him, which basically consisted in a caller lavishing him with over-the-top praise followed by Jim basically ignoring it and asking for the guy's question in a bored sounding dead-pan monotone.

Caller: Hey Romey!! You're GOD. I love you. I worship everything you do and I want you to raise my child in the hopes that it grows up to be something like you!!
Jim Rome: Thanks, man, what's your question.

Harry: Love him.

I listen to him now and then through radio feed..never saw his show..he has a group of regular callers he treats as old friends and they can get on a roll with each other that makes me laugh out loud sometimes. It is just more sports stuff to soak into my brain while driving sometimes.

PackBrew42; Love him.

Love him for his radio show, indifferent about his TV show. To be honest, I've never watched much of his TV show but the parts I have watched just seem to be the same stuff he said on his radio show. His radio show is funny, he's opinionated, and while sometimes pompous, is pretty dead on with his sports takes....he has his takes and doesn't suck.

Josh: Lov-ate Him

The "Jim 'Chris' Everett" interview is one of my all time favorite sports media clips...Rome's total delight in driving Everett over the edge, coupled with Everett's taking his ribbing like a 4 year old...sort of proved Rome's point.

But now a days, Rome is just annoying. He's just another of the countless faces in sports media that believe THEY are the story. You know what Jim, you're not that interesting, and your show is boring.

The fourth subject is Jared the Subway guy.

Love the sandwiches hate him. He's not quite the grandiosing schmuck Rome and Bayless are, but he is annoying as heck.

Harry: Hate him.

This dude in all probabilty never even kissed a girl and was still living at home when he became a grade F celebrity with these commercials.

I bet he is now a regular guest at Paris Hilton parties and the guys from Jackass get him all tanked up playing drinking games.. and then for laughs they draw all over his face with a black sharpie marker when he passes out.

I bet they then throw him in Lindsay Lohan's trunk and she and Wilmer Valderama throw him out on his parents lawn at 4 in the morning and take off.

We get it, you were fat and now you're not. Awesome. That's great, I'm really proud for you. Now, can you get off my TV? Seriously, just go away. I really want him to go on a bender, gain back 50 pounds, get caught with a hooker, and make some comment like "Eating Subway is way better than being touched by Mexicans." Just the totally random, racist comment...it would make for a fantastic "True Hollywood Story"....until then, get off my TV.

This guy lost a whole lot of weight, and I joined with the rest of America when his campaign of commercials came out ten years ago. "GOOD FOR HIM! WOW! LOOK AT THAT PHOTO! HE WAS HUGE! GOOD FOR HIM!" And then the overkill phenomenon kicked in, and...ho, hum! It's Jared again! For nine years. But this year, I was surprised when Subway touted his ten year anniversary of KEEPING it off. "GOOD FOR HIM! TEN YEARS! GOOD FOR HIM!" Bet he ate other stuff, though. And maybe he was frickin' EXCERSIZING!

What? How can everybody be hating on this guy? He's awesome! ...one of my favorite actors, actually. He was great in The Sting, and Road to Perdition. Sure, his salad dressing was nothing to write home about, but hey...can't win 'em all.

No, but seriously folks. I don't recall ever NOT being annoyed by Jared the Subway guy. Hate him.

The fifth subject is playing Horseshoes.

Yep, what's not to love about horseshoes? Other than croquet, I do more trash talking in horseshoes than anywhere else. "...hup, hup, you're gonna' wanna' watch this now... no more Mr. Niceguy... Here it comes... Ya' watchin'? You need me to hang on a second so that you can grab a pad of paper to take some notes with? No? Okay, well, here it comes, so... pay attention..." Love it.

Not as good as shuffleboard or bocce ball, but a worthy substitute when you can't play the other two.

Harry: Love it.

Great game to have some cold beer and have some friends over and while away an afternoon. I have played with the cheap plastic ones from Walmart on the lawn or actually made horeshoe pits with sand and used the heavy metal ones..makes no difference..once you get the hang of it..it's addicting.

Josh: Love it.

Horseshoes is a great game...one of the greatest backyard games ever invented. There are not many better things in life, then having some beers, and chucking heavy metal things in the general direction of a stake. Just great times...plus, if it weren't for horseshoes, the saying would just be "Almost only counts in...um...hand grenades." And that's just a boring expression.

I used to play every day at lunchtime some years back. I was terrible, but I would never admit it. Ever. Horseshoes is just like hand grenades. It's true! Look it up, if you don't believe me!

People are allowed to walk around barefoot, why can't horses? Why do we have to nail shoes to their feet? How would you like it if someone nailed your shoes to your feet? Probably not very much.

The sixth subject is charcoal or gas grills.

PackBrew42: Love it on the charcoal..Hate it on the gas.

I'm pretty sure gas grills are a punishable offense here in Wisconsin with penalties around the range of a 6th month jail stint. Seriously, something about lighter fluid, charcoal, the grill, and heaps of meat just make all the troubles of your day disappear.

The eternal question, Gas or Charcoal
Love Them!

They both have their place, and I love using both. I have a gas grill, but it's because I'm honest with myself, I wouldn't grill nearly as much as I do if it wasn't so easy to walk outside, and turn the thing on. But when you have all day to do the grill up right, a good charcoal grill is always better. But, then again, I can make my gas grill do all kinds of great tricks...with all grills, it's not the type of fuel that matters, but the type of fool that is grilling.

i B4 e: Love the gas.

I have to go with gas on this one. It is far simpler than screwing around with charcoal. With charcoal you have to get the briquettes, stack them perfectly, douse them with lighter fluid, let it soak in, light it without burning down the neighborhood, wait for the flames to die down and allow the briquettes to simmer at the proper heat, then you finally get to start cooking.

With gas, you open the cylinder, turn on the burner and hit the igniter. Voila.

The food cooks more evenly with gas and it tatses just the same. Don't give me the crap that food tastes better with charcoal. Those who believe that myth, don't know how to cook on a grill.

It's All Mine!: Love them.

I always use gas, because that's what's in my backyard. I would use charcoal, but that's NOT what's in my backyard. That, and the fact that you have to plan like three days ahead, if you want the coals as evenly heated as gas is within ten minutes. And don't listen to the haters who claim that your food tastes like gas. It's not true--they just have to discredit something they don't believe they can enjoy. Besides, I have gas every day at work, and I don't smell like food...sooo...

Harry: Love it on the charcoal..Hate it on the gas.

We buy us a new Webber kettle grill every couple of summers..we are best friends..and i cant live without it.

I am a messy griller..slopping sauce all over the place and stuff..so having that crap drip down on the lava rocks and all the different grill levels..is too much of a pain for me to think about cleaning up..i hate the grill cleaning part when your done...which is a must unless you like your burgers tasting like the fish you cooked on it last month.

I also always have in the back of my mind that having a combustible propane tank at crotch level while cooking probably would cause severed limbs or death to me at some point..so its best i keep it simple.

Curly Lambeau: Love them.

I have a really nice gas grill that I got a pretty decent deal on, so I go gas over charcoal. I have, however, been trained in the charcoal arts, so I could step up to that plate if I had to. ...but... yeah. Gas. Packbrew's right, though. Any gas-griller from Wisconsin is going to carry around a little bit of secret shame. What can I say? My grill's SO nice, and it's just SO easy.

There are two kinds of coaches..good coaches with underachieving players..like Mora..or underachieving coaches with good players..like Wade Phillips...HA ! HA !

I mean how can you hate the guy ? he even looks like you should call him coach. I like him on Total Access..he is just very smooth flowing and doesn't annoy me...which i prefer over unsmooth flowing and annoying.
