Next Year?

This may be a little early, but i thought i'd throw out the guys i'm going to be looking at next year...My top 5 guys at each spot...
Quarterbacks-
1. Tom Brady (MVP)
2. Peyton Manning (Mr consistant)
3. Tony Romo (he's for real)
4. Brett Favre (man he sure did play well this year, will he be back?)
5. Derek Anderson (might be a little early to draft him high, but he put up huge #'s)

Running Backs-
1. LT (started slow, then showed why he was the #1 pick)
2. Brian Westbrook (mr everything)(could be #1)
3. Joseph Addai (he's for real too)
4. Adrian Peterson (could be #1 very easily)
5. Ronnie Brown (remember he's hurt)

Wideouts-
1. Randy Moss (regained his crown)(Brady to Moss, looked like Montana to Rice)
2. TO (i can't stand him, but he puts up big #'s)
3. Braylon Edwards (future star)
4. Reggie Wayne (Peyton's new main target)
5. TJ Houshmandzadeh (huge year, out of Johnson's shadow)

TE-
1. Jason Witten (took over for Gates)
2. Antonio Gates (slipped a little, still outstanding)
3. Tony Gonzalez (a great option)
4. Kellen Winslow (finally. this kid lived up to the hype)
5. Dallas Clark (Peytons safety net)

Kicker-
1. Mason Crosby (the pack really moved the ball this year)
2. Nick Folk (the cowboys were in the red zone all the time)
3. Rob Bironas (this dude's got a big boot)
4. Jason Hanson (plays for a team that can move the ball)
5. Stephen Gostkowski (with Brady and Moss moving the ball, this kid's a lock)

D-
1. Minnesota (brick wall)
2. San Diego (full of pro-bowlers)
3. Seattle (no big names, just get it done)
4. New England (full of big names, still gets it done)
5. Indianapolis (they better give that Sanders guys the d-MVP)

Week 15 Rankings and Start 'Em Sit 'Ems...

Will not be coming out this week, I am just too bogged down with stuff to make the blog.

That will be it for the season, as most leagues are done this week, and I can't do it next week either...

Great Pick ups...well not great, but ok pick ups

Here's a couple of guys that i think are pretty good pick up's..If you've got any injuries or maybe an unfavorable match up, these guys could help....

#1-Kirt Warner, yep the old MVP of the league. He put up like 500 yrds on the 49ers 2 weeks ago..He's still turnover prone and not the most well constructed of guys, but he can still chuck that football..With the receiving corps he has, it's hard not to put up big #'s...I think a couple of those guys(Wideouts) are down right now, so that may be something you want to check before you jump on his wagon...

#2-Gus Frerote, yuck i hate trying to say, or spell, that name. He's playing for the Rams now and last week looked solid with 3 tds...The rams still have one of the best wide-outs in the league in Torry Holt.... that guy from tennessee, that played quarterback in college (drew bennett)...Action Jackson is back in full effect, so the run game is in high gear...to me that makes ole Gus Gus a viable option...

like i said, i'd only go with these guys if you REALLY need some help from an injury or something..i have warner, but i can't start him over DMcnabb when he's healthy..i just can't...best of luck....peace....

Week 14 Start 'Em/Sit 'Em

So, It's Fantasy Playoff time now, (for every league but mine...) so this week decisions are more important than ever, but I'll start with something new...

Take him off your bench/waiver wire...

Rudi Johnson-Coming back from injury, Rudi has gotten 14 carries in his last two games, and now plays the Rams, who don't have the best run defense ever...If you have him, and need a #2/#3 RB this week, Rudi is your man...

Fred Jackson-Last Week's Super Sleeper for a lot of people, now takes on the Miami Dolphins. Do I hear at least 90 yards and a TD? Start him as a #2/3 RB as well.
