The first-round pick is the one that attracts all of the attention. Fans, media, anyone and everyone with an interest in the NFL either wants to know, or believes they already know, which player will be the No. 1 pick of their favorite team.

That's no different with Steelers fans in the days leading up to the 2008 NFL Draft, but if they're truly interested in judging the team's performance during the April 26-27 exercise they would get a more accurate picture by looking beyond the first round.

PITTSBURGH — Steelers’ offensive lineman Max Starks has signed his one-year tender offer, it was announced today. Starks (6-8, 337) will enter his fifth year with the Steelers after being drafted by the team in the third round (75th overall) in the 2004 NFL Draft. Starks has appeared in 56 career games with 34 starts, including four in 2007. Starks, an unrestricted free agent, was designated by the Steelers as a transition player, giving the Steelers the right to match any offers he received from other teams. – 30 –

Why The World Is the Way It Is...

This is going to be a short post,

Basically dicussing the extreme dislike of the way of the world,

No I am not talking about topics such as global warming, politicians, gas prices, ect.

This is to state that the world is deteriorating because of our own stubborness and fear.

1. Not enough people speak their mind and are overly passive causing the weak minded to be commanded and fearful of life itself and therefore clouding their judgement, and in turn creating a bias opinion.
