New York News: Baker, Jets deal w/messed Up?

The Chris Baker Chronicles: The PUP placement Explained

It has become apperant that Chris Baker was indeed put on the PUP list due to a sore back and shall remain on the PUP roster until he can clear the team physical. It is also believed that Baker could be backing down on his campaign because as long as Chris is on the PUP list, the Jets don't have to pay his salary and Chris and his agent have thus far kept quiet which would lead me to believe this is a vaild reason for the quietness. Hopefully though the Jets will soon learn how to keep their promises.

New York News: Baker gets put on PUP, Jetsies....

Baker = On PUP = Unhappy Fan + One huge Mess / Moves from NY

This Chris Baker fiasco has taken to a whole new level. The Jets put TE, Chris Baker on the physically unable to perform list today and wheather that has to do with his dispute or because of an injury remains unclear however if it does have something to do with the contarct, the Jets have screwed this so far into the ground they have past the point of no return and have made it to the center of the Earth. I'm sure more on this will be popping up soon but, for now it could be speculation galore.

New York News: TJB Hall of Fame, Waivers and Keller Signed

Sorry to disappoint everyone but, today isn't a big news day for the Jets although there is one interesting piece of news...

TJB's Hall of Famers / Waivers

Curtis Martin has been added to TJB's Hall of Fame list you can check out more here. And  a quote to leave you with; Eric Mangini said it best when he mentioned that, "If you are looking for a hero, you don't have to look any further than Curtis Martin."

New York News: Jets sign two Rookies, Jetsies...

Jets sign Lowery and Ainge

Image:Lowery vs stanford.jpg

Unlike Chris Baker, the Jets have signed CB, Dwight Lowery and QB, Erik Ainge. Lowery recieved a multiyear deal from the team, although not having a great senior season after he broke his jaw, Lowery is a player who has a sense for the ball which is mirrored by his high INT totals from college. He will no doubt be tested espcially at one of the most positions a rookie could be tested at however with his speed and nose for the ball no doubt Lowery will be a great addition to the defensive side and if he can play a rookie season like Revis did we know we have a potential player on our hands.

New York News: Re-PETE, Bryan Thomas, Jetsys ...

Sorry everyone there are going to be a lot more links than writing for this one because I just finished that extensive outlook on the defensive backs so NY no complaining, Enjoy and make sure you check out Chris Baker's tips on how to deal with the Jets .....

2008 Jetsys

Here is the list so far of TJB's the Jetsys Hall of Famers .....

Wayne Chrebet, Joe Namath, Al Toon, Dennis Byrd.

Re-PETE

This just in: It is another Re-PETE for New York a.k.a another Pete Kendall. The Jets management is going to see the same movie they saw last year but, this time it is starring Chris Baker although a great blocker and coming off of his best season yet is beginning to turn into Pete Kendall and to think the Jets let both of these guys speak freely. The Jets said they would and now they have to own up to their promise honestly when you look at the big picture alhtough it becomes a pin after a while New York really has to come through instead of lying to their players because that is a great way to lose players that you need the most.
