BREAKING NEWS: TERPSFAN RETURNS?

(In cool announcer voice): THIS IS SPORTSCENTER.......

Stuart Scott: Hello, this is Sportscenter and I'm Stuart Scott.

Tonight's breaking story revolves around the retirement of Fannation Legend Terpsfan.......who months ago declared retirement, with more on this story we have John Clayton, John what's going on here?

John Clayton: Well, according to Terpsfan's agent, Terpsfan has officially come out of retirement to continue his activities on Fannation as before.

Semi-Retirement

I want to make this as quick as possible, but Terpsfan is leaving the building for a short period of time.  I'd hate to see many of the groups I run go to waste, so I will name two people in each of the groups I run to be head honcho's of them.

TD LOVERS: Ghost-Hunter and Gu3

ELITE TD'RS: Ghost-Hunter and NCDavid

It has been an honor to know many of you, but unfortunately I will be leaving for about a month or two.  There are things going on which will limit my time of FN, so I have decided to free up time for myself and take myself away from FN for a short time.

My regrets on looking back on my Fannation Days....

I remember coming to this site after I was invited by my goodfriend, DJ3>Markakis.  I thought this was the coolest thing since sliced bread, but there are a few things I regret......

  1. I was a horrible TD'r, I had some horrible record like 0-6-1 to start things off.  I was taking TD's and I had no idea what I was doing.  I've finally gotten my TD'ing together, and I've posted a nice record....... but those 6 early losses stick with you.
  2. I didn't blog much.....and I still don't, I wasn't into blogging as much as I am know, but I still need to get more involved in it.
  3. I didn't keep in touch with any of the groups I was in.  Now I run 3 groups (Living Dead (w/ Ghosthunter and Hemo), TD Lovers, and ELITE TD'RS).  I'm starting to grasp the idea of a group and how it should work.

I still need to work on a lot of things.  Have any funny stories about your first months on this site? Post them in the box below.

No More Excuses

I'm watching the Cavs game right now, and me being a Wizards fan, I see the hope of us winning the series slowly fading away.

However I also realize, that LeBron has the talent to win an NBA Championship.  Before, we gave him the excuse, "He doesn't have the cast..", however this team is very different.  I'm not a Cleveland expert, but with Ben Wallace, they have gained the solid prescence down low to gain rebounds and even get some lower scoring.  But Wallace doesn't have to carry the load, because Illgauskas (?????) has developed into one of the better post players in the league.
