Manchester United may yet kick off next season without Cristiano Ronaldo - but the club insist it will not be because he is being sold to Real Madrid.

The Portugal winger is expected to undergo ankle surgery next week, which could rule him out for six weeks.

Confirmation of Ronaldo's operation comes after the view of a specialist backed up that of medical staff from both United and the Portuguese Football Association.

It's well early into the summer transfer season, but I thought I'd try to evaluate Manchester United's possible team for next season. Since we have no clue as to whether Ronaldo will still be on the team I'm putting together a CR7 team & a non-Ronaldo team.

Well what can I say all What a game but I do have to confess that I missed the last overtime and the PKs.  My 1 yr old had an eye appt while the game was on so I set the DVR to record the game and went to watch it at night (did not know the score or who won) and was watching the game adn the recording stopped after the first extra time.  So then I had to get online to find out what happened.  I heard the last extra time and the PKs were EPIC.  Please all leave comments on teh game and where and with who you watched the match with

That is right folks the EPL is officially over for the year....and I for one am kinda sad about it.  It was an awsome season (thank god for the Euros this off season)  and of course our boys the MIGHTY REDS came out on top!!!  GLORY...GLORY...MAN UNITED....GLORY....GLORY...MAN UNITED 

 Now on to the CL league to pull off the double.  I for one am going to be watching the game at the house and am looking forward to an epic battle.  Lets all hope for footballs sake there are some goals scored and it is an exciting game to watch and Chelsea don't try adn pull one of their 1-0 and put 11 men in front of their goal moves.  Well hit me up and tell me what the score is going to be LATER
