My condolences, Buckeye Nation, on the brutal pasting USC administered to OSU on Sept. 13 in LA LA land. Once again OSU doesn't measure up to the best. But keep things in perspecitve OSU fans. For the past three years the Ohio State Buckeyes have been one rung removed from the very best. Coach Tressel knows what he must do to finally reach the top, and I predict that he is only 1-2 years removed from a BCS championship. If you doubt this then look at Ohio States recruiting classes for 2008 and 2009. Next year, and the year after that, Terrelle Pryor is going to be a nightmare for USC and any SEC that Ohio State might play.

Tressel strikes me as a very intelligent and honest coach who comes across as a uniquely classy individual. I haven't forgotten the dignity with which he endured difficult losses in the BCS championship games against the Gators in 2007, and against the Bayou Bengals in Jan. 2008. Hey, kbrin6, I'm not an SEC fan, I'm a Southern Cal fan! And the Ohio State Buckeyes won't have much time to lick their wounds. OSU will travel to Los Angeles to take on USC in the 2nd game of the 2008 college football season. And I did notice that USC beat Ohio State in the final rankings in both national polls. Ha Ha!

As for not being worthy for the NC game last year the Bucks only had to beat eight ranked teams last year and the number 2 team twice in the regular sseason.
