  Keeping It Real is about being honest with yourself more than anything else. If you're honest with yourself, you'll be honest with others. It's a simple premise, at least on the surface; however it's a difficult task, especially when we get caught up in intellectual and emotional battles with others. Even then, if you stop and think about it, how one thinks and acts is more about them than someone else. People can't make us act a certain way. We choose to respond.  Of course we're going to feel a variety of emotions but it's not about what you feel…
