Greetings Faithful.... It was a long painful season. I was lucky to attend the opening game, and the final home game, both of which were victories. Opening day was special, it was a MNF game against the division rival Arizona Cardinals, and the commemoration of Bill Walsh Field. The last home game was also special as the last piece of our 94' superbowl, Bryant Young, played his last game, and played valiantly.  Other than those two moments, boy did this year stink. Alex Smith regressed without the tutelage of Norv Turner, and the Hostler offense was just disgusting. …

Well faithful, it seems like the no-fense we have been running is taking a turn for the worst. With our franchise QB out for at least a few weeks, the venerable Trent "The Dill" Dilfer, stepped in against his old team, and it was not pretty. Trent really looks like he hasnt played since the superbowl he went to almost 8 years ago. Regardless of our weapons, their numbers are simply not being called, and we had not a single yard in the first half. PATHETIC!Our defense played valiantly as usual, and they deserve better from the offense. We cant expect them to win games without ANY help…

My beloved Faithful,We started this season very hopeful after going 2-0 against division rivals, even though our abysmal offensive production was frustrating our top two offensive weapons, Vernon Davis, and Frank Gore. In game 3 it caught up to us, and we got clobbered by the Steelers. So now, going into week 4 with a home game against division rival Seattle, we fully expected to get back on the winning track and start to open up our offense.  Instead, we took about 5 steps back against a Seattle team that was very beatable.  Where do I even start?!
