Close in score...far in expectations

Look, I'm a Wolverines fan. I may have never stepped foot in the State of Michigan but since I was 9 years old, I have followed the team with the Winged Helmet. I have had some highs and some lows following MY TEAM. Yesterday, was neither. I expect a tough season. I expect some dog performances, and yesterday was a dog performance. Michigan lost to Utah, 25 to 23, in a game that wasn't as close as the score indicates. The Rich Rodriguez era begins with a loss, but I know in due time Michigan will be back.

Okay, if Michigan doesn't get Pryor, Steven Threet will be our starting QB.  Here's a brief bio on him.

Class- Sophmore

Birth place- Adrian, Michigan

Highschool- Adrian

College- Georgia Tech (transfered to Michigan)

Height- 6-5

Weight- 230 lbs.

Threw for 4,824 yrds. and 49 tds. in three seasons at Adrian Highschool.

Rated 9th best QB prospect by Rivals.com and 12th best QB prospect by Scout.com

All-state QB in highschool.

Built like Ryan Mallett or Chad Henne.
