The Re-Draft League Presents: The 2003 NBA Re-Draft

For our next project we decided to redo maybe the deepest NBA draft of all-time. And when I mean deep, I MEAN DEEP. Absolutely everyone drafted in the first round of our re-draft can contribute a lot to their teams, which you never really see in a draft. So without futher ado I'm happy to present another bundle of our hardwork.

1st Pick-CLE- LYNCHisOTGY

Lebron James-SF-St. Mary's Highschool

LeBron is the best player in the draft even though he is just in high school. There is no doubt that LeBron will make this team a Championship contender in the NBA. This also works out because both sides get a good deal. The Cavs get the best player in the draft and LeBron gets to stay in his hometown.

The Re-Draft League Presents: The 2006 NFL Re-Draft

First off I'd like to introduce our group. For those of you they haven't heard of us, we are a group that re-selects draft picks for teams in previous drafts with our future knowledge of how they turned out. This is the first, hopefully of many, of our re-drafts. We plan to extend to the NBA also. (We kinda feel MLB would be far too difficult.) And if after reading this you find it interesting your welcome to join. Just mail me, Elway4Prez, and I'll send you the password.

-Thx

1st Pick-HOU- Indycolts

Mario Williams-DE- NC State

I choose Mario Williams because he is a dominating end and will continue to be in the future. The Texans at the time needed a strong pass rusher and he is one. You build in the trenches and Mario accomplishes that.

2nd Pick- NO- The Guru

Antonio Cromartie-DB- Florida State

The reason why I chose Cromartie because he fills the void the Saints have been looking for these past 2 season, a solid CB. His instincts and his athleticism are hard to find these days. Everyone knows my Saints lack that shutdown corner. We haven't not been successful via free agency, see Jason David.

The NFL Re-Draft League

I was just thinking early this week about doing a blog about the biggiest mistakes in the nfl draft ever. Then I thought, wouldn't it be great to go back in time a do it correctly with the future knowledge we have?

That's why I decided to create this group. We'll each represent a team, most likely two or three until this group become larger, and together create a re-do draft. I was thinking it will last anywhere from 2-3 rounds.

This is definetly dead. This was good while it lasted
Which draft are we doing next?
Alrighty. Good draft everyone. What next?
Nobody has picked David West yet?
Remember to include a small paragraph with your selection explaining why you chose him, why this player over the previous player, how he can help etc.

Also remember that the rosters are the 2003 rosters before the draft so draft to their needs.

Thanks
Its like trying to find a picture of the prophet Muhammed
Elway, if he wasn't injured the entire f**king time he was a Blazer, my life would be a lot easier.
