Against the MULTIPLE threats: a suggestion
After today's MultipleMan's rampage - he created DOZENS of "throwdowns" entitled "DJTG_2010 sucks" after said user reported him for inbox imploding - another idea occured to me: "cooldown" times. I'm sure there's a correct name for it, and that it's not "cooldown", but here we go: after an user posts a throwdown/argument/blog entry/comment/whatever, he must wait a certain amount of time (say, one minute - could be less, could be more) before he's allowed to post something again. That's something that is already used in other websites - IMDB uses it, for example; there, you must wait 1 minute and a half before posting again. And if it's done by IP-checking, better yet - no account-hopping will help the FanAnarchists.
