Texas blogs have Mark Teixeira maybe going to the Angels or Dodgers. Texas would want Morales and a young pitching prospect.

DODGERS already have Nomar and up and coming Loney...
Angels seem to be doing fine with Kotchman, not that much of an improvement.

hmmm, angels picked up morales pretty darn cheap, but he hasnt been playing the way he did with cuba. big tex would be a great addition to the club, but with kotchman's hot bat, wats the point??

I agree with jake!! Kotch is doing a great defensive job, and the bat is improving!! And it is all for a fraction of the cost that TEX would command. I think we should go with we got, we have been doing it for years and it appears to be working now!!

I think the biggest deal with Teixeira would be the contract, as texangelfan pointed out. He would also be a great asset, but I love how the Angels are growing the club through the farm system for the most part.
