Does anyone remember how well Quinn played in the preseason? He had all the 3rd and 4th teamers moving the ball and scoring points. Frye and DA could not do that even with the 1st teamers. DA and BQ are both special players, but Quinn is the future, DA should be signed for another 2 or 3 years, but then you gotta turn the reigns over to BQ...he is the future of the team. Savage is a very smart man. Yes he scouted DA in Baltimore, and then picked him up off of waivers. But Savage also spent next years 1st round pick on BQ this year. Have faith in Phil Savage ...he knows what he is doing.

Oh yeah one more thing...Quinn was successfull in preseason even after holding out for half of training camp. Whereas DA and Frye were in camp from the start and still couln'd get the 1st team to do anything. Blame it on the new system, but obviously BQ studies harder and is a better student of the game. DA for now, BQ for later!!

I wouldn't go against that right now. I think Quinn gives us an added dimension in the future as far as better mobility and better accuracy on the short stuff. But I'm just enjoying that we are the envy of the league right now for the first time in YEARS! Gotta love what Phil and RAC are doing with great things to come.

Keep them both. Let DA start until there is a reason not to

I agree, keep them both for now & DA has earned the right to be our #1 for now.

There is no question that Brady Quinn is better. Derek Anderson throws so many bad passes. He just gets lucky that his receivers catch it. Brady Quinn was amazing in the preseason. He also did great in the final game of the season against the 49ers. His receivers just dropped the ball.
