Nothing is better for a fan whose team had a horrible season than to see those pages which project the possible choice of their team. The draft has always been important to any fan wheather their team come out on the top or on the bottom and it will continue to be so.

It is a time where fans and professionals go crazy trying to predict the future of all thirty two teams, it is like Christmas for some. However there are times just right for an NFL Mock draft. But personally now in July is not the right time. First off, we haven't even seen what this year's draftees have done which could effect a team's season so how do we know that a team's season will be so bad that they need the first pick? For some teams sure maybe you could figure it out right away if a certain player looks like he is going down but, still even so they could get out of their slump. Anything can happen, I mean look at the 08' draft practically everyone was hell bent that a WR would be taken at least once in the first round ... didn't happen. We all thought there wouldn't be that many trades in the first round if any ... didn't happen. There is a time and place for everything and I don't mind the mocks but, now really isn't the ideal time for them.
