Starting his first game in his hometown of Houston since 2005, Beckett held the Astros to two runs in seven innings as the Red Sox lost 3-2 on Sunday.
Beckett, who was born and raised in nearby Spring, Texas, has a 2.48 ERA in his last six starts, but has only two wins in that stretch. He's 1-1 with a 2.79 ERA in three career starts in Houston.
