I saw in one of your previous throwdowns that you disagree with the sport of playing videogames!!! Why?

I as well read the article in SPorts Illustrated this week. I don't know how anyone can agree with it. I mean you are competing against antoher team or palyer for a win. It's jsut as if it were in the regular sport. I mean granted you aren't active and it gets you no exercise but still. This challenges the mind to think and it also involves the skill of hand eye cordination. I personally think it is a good sport to have for those reasons. Also, are you gonig to tell me that Wii sin't excersie? Thats a game system. Thats a video game. It is also included on this list. So you my friend, saying video ggaming is no sport do not know what you're talking about.


I really don;t feel like having this same arguement I had earlier.

Video games are not a sport. You don't do any activity except with your hands. Don't bring up the Wii because all that is is flicking your wrists. Video games are an interactive toy, and nothing else. *********** ***********


Yes I will bring up Wii. The reaosn they invented Wii was to be active while palying video games. Keep up on the enws and you'd know this. So yes I do beleive video gaming is a good interactive sport. It requires talent like any other sport. Hand eye cordination etc.

it is not a sport. it is the illusion of sports. i cannot, nor probably ever will run for 6,750 yards in one season as a qb, while passing for another 10,000 yards in my heisman freshman season at Buffalo on my way to a national title.

unless you are on some kind of freaked out caffine buzz, the Wii isn't good excersize. i can hit home runs and throw bombs with the flick of my wrist (which actually works considering the dynamics of the remote).
