Butler should not be in the top 10 in the college basketball polls.

#1. They play in a horrible conference.
#2. They have only won 1 game in the top 50 which was Ohio State who is not even that good.
#3.There are other teams that should be ahead of them like Georgetown, Wisconsin, Purdue, Indiana, or Uconn, which if any of those teams played Butler on a neutral court they wood beat them 7 out of 10 times.


Ok yes there conference is bad but so is Memphis's conference. So do u think Memphis should be out of the top 10. Boise State played in a small conference in football and were supposedly not good and they won one of the best games ever. What im saying is don't say they are bad just cause of there conference. You also can't blame the schedule. The Kansas Jayhawk football team had the 109th toughest schedule in football. They lost too and guess wat this year they were one of the best in the country this year.

#3 yes Wisconsin is my favorite team but they are not a top 10 team. Purdue and Uconn are not as well. Georgetown has had there chance twice and they did not take advantage of it. The top 10 is not always the best ten teams but the teams that are playing the best at anytime. This weekend if Memphis losses they will not be #1 even though they have the best record in the country they would be lucky to be 2 or even 3. And in March Wisconsin might be able to beat Butler 99 out of 100 times but if that 1 out of 100 is in the tournament they are better. Ask Butler, Bucknell, and George Mason


No i do not think memphis should be out of the top 10 aviosuly because they are undefeated and they have 6 wins vs the top 50 while butler has one. And how is Wisconsin not a top 10 team. And you said that its not the best 10 teams in the top 10. and you said that its the teams that are playing the best at anytime, then how do u not throw uconn in the top 10. And who cares about football like Boise State and Kansas this BASKETBALL. Butler is not a top 10 team no matter how u put it. They are winning close games in the horizon league conference. Which the teams are terrible. 5 out of there last 6 games they have only won by 5 or more. Thats not a top 10 team to me.


Ok well since this arguement started before Butler and Uconn lost this past weekend why not take out Stanford and Xavier and put in Uconn and Wisconsin. I am a Wisconsin fan and saw them lose last year at the UC to UNLV. Last year they were soo much better now all they really have is Flowers and Butch. Now i bet u Drake is going to be getting up there soon. My relations to football proves that your confernce and schedule dont prove how good or bad you are. A team like St. Marys or Miami could play all the top 24 or 25 teams not including them so winning is all that matters whether its against Florida or South Florida a win is a win. You only get credit for one win even if you win by 50 or 1

The throwdwon is about college BBall, but all of blue's analogies are about football?!?! Maybe you should make the case using Basketball teams like George Mason. Because, I college football last season proved that anyone can win on any given Saturday.

There we go Butler just lost to Drake who is #18 in the country on there home court. So now they should not be a top 10 team at all

I felt this way about them last year, and they were the only team that tested Florida in the tournament.
