Grady Sizemore is the Best Young OF in the MLB

Grady can do it all. He can hit, he can run, he can, catch, and he is a characther person. The best part of it all he hustles on everysingle play of everysingle game everysingle day, no matter if the Indians are nubmer one in the division or last. Last year in a meaningless game he took a head first slide into wall and wade the catch. Name one other younf player to build your basebal team around.


Sure he's a good player, but I can't say that the best young OF in the MLB is someone who is yet to hit .300, Vernon Wells, Tori Hunter, and Ichiro are all better fielders than him. To name young outfielders better than him, looking at numbers
Matt Holliday- last season, higher average, more rbi's, more homers, more hits- and Sizemore is a leadoff hitter, and 10 sb's
also vlad, beltran, and bay
i will say sizemore is top 5 though
Sizemore isn't the only player who hustles on every play. Regarding the catch, I saw Aaron Rowand make a more impressive one last year.


Vernon Wells has gotten old and he isn't even the best OF in Toronto Alex Rios is. Matt Holliday is what like 26 27. Grady is 24 and has time to mature and as soon has he cuts down the strikeouts he will be unstoppable. He is a ver good base stealer and he will score a lot of runs. In regards to RBIs they don't need him to get runs in they need him to get runs. He will end up with like 150 runs and 80 som RBIs which i think is a combined better than Holiday, Crawford is the only other threat for this


26, 27 is still very young.Sizemore is good, but crawford and holliday are both better.

Okay so we are going to play the number games. Drady has been responable for 81 runs this season, Holliday has 79 been responsible for 79, and Crawfor d 70. HR Drady and Matt are tied at 10 crawford 6. OBP Grady 398 Holliday 395, Crawford 366. The only thing that Holliday and Crawford have over grady is BA. Grady runs away with the steels literaly. I like the other two but Grady so far has had better numbers. so don' t give me any of that look at the numbers crap I did and Grady is clearly the best matt is 27


there is no way that grady has far better numbers
he's good, but crawford and holliday are both better this year, and the past year or 2

Vernon is no Longer young He is 28 Matt Holliday is also what 26 or 27 Grady is 24 in two yerass he will be anunstoppable force scroing runs.

I'll take Carl Crawford, the kid is simply awesome. He is a 5 tool player, with heretofore untapped talent because he is stuck in Tampa Bay where he is the most dangerous hitter with no one to protect him in the lineup.

i don't get the Sizemore lovefest, he has yet to prove anything but an ocassional webgem. He has yet to hit over .300, or prove that he is anything but average.

I have to give some props to the new center fielder in Houston...Hunter Pence looks like he can be in this category (although he is just a rookie)...I still think the kid has what it takes..MOH Coach made the most valid point about Carl Crawford...He is a boneified 5 tool player...The other one that comes to mind is Carlos Beltran...

Crawford has osme great hitters wround him. TB can score with the best of them. Young, Wilgginton, Upton, Iwamura so obviously he has some lineup protection granted not as Much as Cleveland but TB does.

Its sad that this throwdown is going this way... I guess sportcasters around the country are all wrong. Sizemore is a bonifide star and the only young player in baseball that is better is Jose Reyes.
