while the Celtics is a bunch of guys who has not much playoff experience(Cassell wont really help experience wise sincee he is backing up a non experienced Rondo)and havent been 2gether 4 awhile,it always seems like 1 of their "Big 3" is always injured

I'm sorry but I can't vote to the right EVEN if I strongly believe the Celtics are indeed the Eastern Conference Favorites.

I have just voted to the left, simply because "The Boston Celtics!!! WOOO" being the only argument isn't deserving of any votes at all.
