When healthy, this isnt even close.......This is an offshoot of another TD where you had 1996 draft picks on a team with a bench......
You basically listed the stats of the 2 players and based on that said Rahim is a better starter......
When O'Neal broke into the NBA he played on a very good Portland team and he was coming out of HS.......So his stats will be skewed since he averaged 4.1, 4.5, 2.6 and 3.9ppg his first 4 seasons coming off the bench......
When he got traded to Indiana, he emerged as a top player in the NBA......
Rahim has been a solid player on BAD TEAMS.......Of course he has averaged more ppg his entire career because he has played on terrible teams and has never made the playoffs by the way......
Nobody in their right mind would pick O'Neal over Rahim......In a perfect world, Rahim is a 6th man on a championship caliber team and can play a little SF and a little PF.......

You would think with 430 td's that you would know that O'NEAL is a clear winner. This is the MOST OBVIOUS TD I"VE EVER SEEN ON FANNATION. Are you kidding me?
Who cares about Jermaine's first years in Portland. He was young and coming str8 out of highschool. He looked like a bean pole. He matured and in his prime is no contest for Shariff Addur Rahim. The only difference in the two is one went to college and was ready for the Nba when he started. That being Shariff.
