Yes, I'm a homer, but I must go
OVER.
Shocker, eh?
As far as big losses, we only lost Tony Richardson and Dwight Smith, the latter of which was minor for us, as he never did too much for us.
On offense, the motto for many will be "another year older, another year wiser." Tarvaris hopes to prove in his third year that he is our QB for the Future. Adrian Peterson wants to break 2000 yards. Sidney Rice wants to be majorly successful as a 2nd reciever. And our line doesn't stop being consistant.
We brought in Bernard Berrian to be our first reciever. He is our best target since Moss left the Northstar State.
On defense, our line looks unbelievable. Allen, Williams, Williams, and Robison/ Edwards looks to be possibly the best in the NFC.
Our linebackers are also very underrated. Greenway, Henderson, and Leber are very consistant, and Henderson looks like he should be something very special.
Our DB's, as usual, are also looking good. Winfield and Griffin are great at Corner. Sharper and Williams should also be very good, as Sharper may be the best in the NFL. And Tyrell Johnson is our future.
All in all, this equals double digit wins. Oh, and Ryan Longwell is good.

WRONG!!!
You lost a key player on your D line......Spencer Johnson. He was the one who spelled the Williams brothers at the DT spot when they needed a rest. The only guys at DT for Vikes behind the Williams boys are.....
Fred Evans: 3 tackles in 2007...5 tackles in his career
Ellis Wyms: 11 tackles in 2007
They lost Spencer Johnson who had 2 sacks and 22 tackles....
Now the D line is the strength of the Vikes, but there is absolutley NO DEPTH at DT past the Williams boys and the entire NFC NORTH knows it
Now, for the other weak spots on the VIkes Roster....We'll start out with QB. Tavaris Jackson is hands down the WORST STARTING QB in the NFL last season, and I doubt much will change.
Sidney Rice is one of the worst WR's in the NFL. He averaged 2.3 catches per game last season. Thats not the kind of numbers that a 10 win team needs from its #1 WR on the depth chart.
Bernard Berrian is the only person in the NFL better at dropping passes than Rice....
The Vike's will be STUCK at 8-8 untill they get a new QB

I'm real sorry to hear that. On most every team in the NFL (or at least the top half of the NFL) he'd be lucky to the #2 guy.

Report Offensive CommentPackers.....TO makes up for it in yards and TD's. If TO was on my team, Id give him a free pass to drop 1 per game...
