Offense ONLY with HC

QB - Jim Kelly: Hands down better than just about any Lions QB ever

RB - Thurman Thomas: College teammate of Barry Sanders and a top 5 all purpose back of all time

RB - OJ: Completely DOMINATED the NFL of the 70's...

WR - Andre Reed: Top 10 everything all time in REC
WR - James Lofton: When he retired, he led the NFL in almost all REC stats
WR - Eric Moulds: Solid REC all around

OT - Jason Peters: From practice squad to ALL PRO and PB

OG - Billy Shaw: Only player in history to play enitre career in AFL and be elected to NFL HOF

C - Kent Hull: Kelly's center for all 4 SB's

OG - Joe DeLamielleure: Member of the 70's all time team, 9 X all pro

OT - Howard Ballard: Played 11 NFL seasons and only missed 5 games. Played every game every season but one, where he missed those 5 games

HC: Marv Levy

Sure I will bite. This one when one thinks about it initially you think it should be the Bills no question. However, there are some good players in Detroits history.

QB - Bobby Layne - 4 pro bowls while with the Lions for 8 years, compared to Kelly's 4 in 10 years with the Bills. Most importantly 2 NFL championships.

RB - Doak Walker - 5 pro bowls in 5 years and of course most importantly 2 NFL championships.

RB - Barry Sanders - He was by far the best running back to ever play for either of these two teams.

WR - Herman Moore - He had three straight years with over 100 catches.

WR - Brett Perriman - Moore and Perriman became were the first teammates to post 1400 yards each in the same season.

WR - Mel Gray - Most noted for being a returner. Made 4 pro bowls as a Lion.

T - Lou Creekmur - 8 straight pro bowls.

G - Harley Sewell - skilled at both pass and run blocking. 2 NFL championships and 4 pro bowls.

C - Frank Gatski - Hall of Famer

G - Keith Dorney - lead blocker for the great Billy Sims

T - Lomas Brown - Brown was named to the NFC Pro Bowl team seven times

HC - Buddy Parker - 110-81 and 2 NFL Championships

Lions have champions

I had directly challenged someone, but they didnt take it...

Out of my 6 skill players, 5 are HOFers or will be HOFers.

Jim Kelly is one of the most underated QB's of all time. The only reason he doenst have more PB apperances is the fact he played in the AFC. In Kelly's day, the AFC was littered with HOF QB's. Only 3 QB's are allowed on a Pro Bowl Roster. Seeing how Kelly played in a conference with Warren Moon, John Elway, Dan Marino, and Boomer Esiason...There is only room for 3 of these guys. Esiason wasnt a joke either...2 SB apperances on weak Bengal teams.

While Barry Sanders is a lock for a top 3 RB spot, both OJ and Thurman are top 10 canidate's. Overall, my RB's combined are better than your RB's combined

Dont even get me started on WR's.....When Lofton retired he was the NFL's all time leading WR. He broke all of Steve Largents records before Rice broke all of Loftons records. When your named is being tossed around in between Largent and Rice, you are an ALL TIME GREAT. That's not mention that Reed is a top 10 All time in REC's, REC Yds, REC TD's....

Now for the OL...I have 2 of the top 10 OG's of all time

He keeps knocking the Bills, so this is the second TD ive challenged him too..

With all due respect Goodell, the Bills have accomplished just as much as the Lions since 2000, and both teams have the same amount of Super Bowls: 0. I don't know whats more embarrising, sucking your entire history, or reaching 4 straight Super Bowls and not winning a single one

Keep challenging him. One of these times he'll get back to you.

Making it to 4 straight Superbowls means 4 straight AFC Championships. I think that's pretty damned impressive. Losing one game doesn't undo an entire season of success.

Hahaha! Won't let it die Goodell? Keep it going.

June 11, 2008  09:04 PM ET

Yes it does Porkins, just ask the 2007 New England Patriots

Goodell: Jesus loves the Bills | 06/11/08, 02:56 PM

Once again, they are jokes.
