Make the WORST possible starting lineup. You cannot use active players. Any player that you select MUST have been on a NFL roster for a minimum of 6 seasons.

Choose O LINE as a unit for a single season. The rest of your team will be based off of career numbers

Try to use as many different people as you can

Player must have played that position. You cant use a LB for a TE or a RB as a QB.

QB - Gary Huff: 1973-1978.....16 career TD's, with 50 career INTS. Sacked a total of 82 times

RB - Don Shy 1967-1973: 10 career TD's, 20 CAREER FUMBLES. Averaged 18.8 yards per game

RB - Horace King 1975-1983: 9 Career TD's, 12 CAREER FUMBLES. Averaged 16.9 yards per game

WR - Carl Bland 1984-1990: Career average of 1.1 REC per game

WR - Ricky Feacher 1976-1984: Career average of 0.9 REC per game

TE - Walter Rasby 1994-2004: 11 Year career with a grand total of 5 TD's. Averaged 0.4 REC per game, and a whoping 4.1 YARDS per game

O-LINE - 1976 Tampa Bay Buccs....Only team to LOSE every game in a season. The offense was so weak, they hit 20 points only 1 time all season and NEVER scored MORE THAN 20. The Bucs O was shut out 5 times in 14 games

Sounds fun...

QB - Gary Huff...I can't argue this. He's the ultimate awful.

RB - Roland Hooks 1976-1982: 12 career TDs, 22 career fumbles...17.2 Y/G.

RB - Bruce Harper 1977-1984: 8 career TDs, 27 CAREER FUMBLES...18.5 Y/G.

WR - Gregg Garrity 1983-1989: Career average of 1.0 REC per game, 6 career TDs, 16.8 YPG over 7 seasons.

WR - Glen Kozlowski 1987-1992: Career average of 0.5 REC per game, 3 career TDs (all in one season), 2 career fumbles, just 7.1 YPG.

TE - Steve Bush 1997-2005: 9 year career, 3 TDs total, 0.4 REC per game, 3.3 YARDS per game.

O-LINE - I'll take the Bucs as well...I don't want to have to argue too many things here.

YOu got a good team Lifer....You really do. But check this out....

Carl Bland is soooooo bad, that when I got to PFR.com to look up further stats on him, PFR.com wont pull up his page. Thats when you know you suck, when PFR.com cant find you 2 times in the same week considering thats the site where I found Carl Bland in the first place...

Walter Rasby is such a bad TE that he scored 1 TD every 32 games...If you look at his .4 REC per game and his 4.1 PER REC, its safe to say that Rasby was good for absolutley nothing.

Whats funny is that my starting RB, Don Shy....Was also a KR/PR during his career. He was so bad at returning punts that he actually has a NEGATIVE career average for punt returns. He averaged -5 yards per return. He also had a 3.4 rushing average which is WELL BELOW the average of your 2 backs at 4.9 per (Harper) and 4.2 per (Hooks)

For my RB's combined...I have a total of 19 TD's

Your RB's combined.....You got a total of 20 TD's

Yeah, my RBs combined have 1 fewer TD...but my guys also have 233 fewer attempts. Now, as bad as my guys were, I have no doubt that they would have scored a TD over all those attempts, if they could score 19 over 773 attempts.

Walter Rasby is some sort of awful, that's for sure...but while Rasby scored a TD every 32 games, Bush scored a TD ever 39 games. They both have the same number of receptions per game, but Bush also has fewer yards per game. Gotta get some love for Bush here...or rather, some hate.

Goodell, you do know that Don Shy had ONE punt return in his career, right? He did kick returns, but his only punt return was for negative 5 yards. It's nothing good, but it's not exactly a huge hit on his record, as weak as it is anyways.

Besides, Bruce Harper was the epitome of awful. 6 career TDs...and 27 fumbles. I'm not even sure how that's possible. Your fingers would have to be drenched in grease to fumble that many times...

...unless you're Bruce Harper, that is.

Forfeited Turn

Goodell never goes on FN over the weekend...it's only fair if I blow off an argument too.

Lets try this again.....I did this before and Peach screwed it all up...

the worst o-line is the o-line for the eagles with cunningham which allowed 104 sacks ina season

June 27, 2008  01:28 PM ET

Is this Super Bowl era only?

June 27, 2008  01:34 PM ET

Yeah Lifer.... SB Era only....

June 27, 2008  01:47 PM ET

Blaming Tampa's 0-26 run on the offensive line shows a fundamental misunderstanding of the game of football.

June 27, 2008  03:08 PM ET

Gruden....Are you saying that Me and Lifer dont know anything about football?

Gruden Again | 06/27/08, 02:25 PM

Where would you put the blame? There's plenty to go around for the whole team, I'm sure.

June 27, 2008  03:44 PM ET

If you went 0-26 your guys up front did not do their job. A decent O-line would win at least one in that span.

June 27, 2008  03:46 PM ET

No, Goodell, I think he called your mom a s.l-ut.

June 27, 2008  04:09 PM ET

Bobby Hoying was a pretty bad QB. In 1998 he went the whole season without a touchdown.

June 27, 2008  04:12 PM ET

LOL....Bobby Hoying.....

Now there's name I thought I would NEVER hear again...

June 27, 2008  04:14 PM ET

Nice 2nd arguement Goods. Gonna be tough to counter that.

June 27, 2008  04:21 PM ET

June 29, 2008  03:14 PM ET

Dark Lord, long time no see.

June 29, 2008  03:19 PM ET

Ah Rejoice! For I have returned. The duties of the damned never cease and I was forced to lay my clawed hand down in a wretchedly rightous smackdown on the denizens of the dark and reinforce my power over those dark realms.

Now that i'm done with that i have time to comment on you silly mortals and your childish debates on sports, which i do admit amuses me to no end.

Let misery reign for a 1000 years, and all that jazz.
