Follow my format!

Offense: I will rate them a C+, I rate them this because they have good QBs, and RBs but they will need some recievers and some O-Line. I say that because they no longer have face of the franchose Bruce, and the fact is Pace missed 23 of the 32 games. So look for some holes there! But they do have Jackson holding out which could hurt them tremendously.

Defense: I will rate their D a C-, I say this because they need some D-Line because Little has only one sack last year, and James Hall was a disapointment. They have a big question mark at LB, because of their starters with the their health. Also they need some standout players at DB, which they don't have.

Offseason: I will say that they are a B+, I say this because they did draft C. Long as well as some O-Line and some talented DBs, and WRs. They also signed T. Green to help back up Bulger.

2008 record: 4-12 (they could start out 0-7)
playoff contention: NO
playoff team: NO
Team M.V.P: Since Jackson is not there I will say that Bulger is!

Good Luck

And since I have room I have to say that when I say playoff contention I mean that going into the last few weeks there names are being mentioned

If they are healthy this is a team that could be in the running for the playoffs and have a great rebound season.

Offense: B-, Holt is still the No.1 guy and the Rams get younger by placing Drew Bennett at the No.2 spot and he is a perfect possession WR to balance Holt's solid hands and deceptive speed. Randy McMichael and Anthony Becht give Bulger a nice duo at TE to throw the ball to. Steven Jackson is a Pro Bowl RB who gives Bulger an excellent RB to hand off to and use as an outlet pass if WR's are locked up by the secondary. Antonio Pittman and Travis Minor provide some depth at RB. Orlando Pace has looked good and if he is healthy, Bulger will have more time to throw and means less abuse on Bulger.

Defense: I will rate them as a C+, Chris Long was the perfect pick for the Rams. LaRoi Glover is still effective if you limit his time at 34, he still had 39 tackles and 6 sacks last season. In 06 Leonard Little had 13 sacks, no reason to think he cant get at least 7-8 since he played just 7 games last year.

Offseason: B

2008 record: 8-8
Playoff contention: Yes
Playoff Team: Doubtful
Team MVP: Jackson

Offense: How do you know that Pace looks good he only played only 11 games in the past two seasons. The reason I gave them a C+ instead B- because of their line. Because A. Barron has a pentalty every other play, and Brett Romberg is undersized. And if Pace does get hurt they have B. Gorin (who?) well they will have a big problem at that position of that happens.

Defense: Little played 7 games last year and only had one sack. So you are saying that if he played 9 more games he will 7-8 more when he would of averaged 2.5 if he played all 16 games. And you cant rank them a C+ if they were ranked 31 in points allowed last season.

Offseason:They had a really good draft, and they improved some of their backups just in case some they have some injurie (QB)

2008 record: 8-8? Are you crazy they have a tough first 7 games and when it gets easy then it gets hard again.

Week 1-8 lose
week 9 they could win
week 10 Jets they could win but they wont
week 11 SF SF has a better team then STL.
week 12 Chi one game they could win
week 13 Miami another they could win
week 14-16 all loses
week 17 they will win this one

8-8 wow you are giving them TBOTD they can't beat 8 of thos

Little should be a cross between 06 when he had 13 sacks and last year when he had 1 sack......Add 13 plus 1, divide by 2=7......Just joking, I think Little is still a capable player that can record 7-8 sacks, especially with the talent around him on the DL like Glover and Long......

Trent Green isnt an upgrade at backup QB, just a thought.......

at Philly L
NY Giants W
at Seattle L
Buffalo W
at Wash L
Dallas L
at NE L
Arizona W
at NY Jets L
at SF W
Chicago W
Miami W
at Arizona L
Seattle L
SF W
at Atlanta W

And I think they could upset NE but its in Foxboro.......

They are the most likely horrid team from last season to rebound and make the playoffs this season......Their defense wasnt as bad as the ppg allowed makes them look.......

"And I think they could upset NE but its in Foxboro......." Yea ok

I would rather Green then Brock Berlin!

week 2- the Giants(just to check your memory SB Champs) have a way better team then the Rams

week 4- the Bills are also a better team, and I think they could make the playoffs before teh Rams do again.

I don't see them going 8-8 espically if they don't have Jackson, and they need him to beat the Giants in week 2, but he won't be ready to play that earlier.

The Rams offense will be back to their explosive self and they can test that older Pats defense......But I held off because its in Foxboro......

The Giants have issues themselves as they rid themselves of their best TE and Boss isnt even close to capable of replacing his production during the regular season 16 game schedule.......

The Giants D has questions with the loss of Strahan, a key linebacker in Mitchell and S Gibril Wilson......The Giants could easily slip to a 6-10 or 7-9 season.......

The Bills are a better overall team but I like a healthy Bulger over a still green Trent Edwards in that 1 game......Bulger has more threats at his disposal.......

The Rams definitely wont go 4-12 like u stated......I like them to be 7-9 or 8-8 and in the hunt for a wild card but ultimately think they will fail in their quest for a return to the post season......
