They Saints will be MUCH improved this year and I don;t see them getting swept last year- they did split with the Carolina Panthers but the Falcons . . . well Stink on Ice

3-3 at best to 2-4 at worst

They Also face the NFC North

3-1 lose to Minny- MAYBE the Packers if Rodgers is still alive

They Face the AFC West

See NFC North- Replace Packers with Broncoes and Rogers with Cutler

Split the Diff and go 2-2

SO that is 8 wins- Gives me a RAZOR thin margin- But one I am comfortable with- I don;t see them dropping below 6 wins, and I can;t see 10 either

QB- Garcia is Old- Yet was 3rd in the NFC - but if he goes down Captain Spleen is in for a LONG year

RB- Caddy is STILL on a lift- Dunn scares me a bit behind that line If they do ANYTHING noisy in 2008 this will be why

WR- Galloway is OLDER than me- and coming off shoulder surgury- and Hillard is getting up there too- and Clayton seems to have vanished- I don;t see this unit preventing 8 man fronts on 1-2nd down

The D is Frik kin scary as well- but this team is closer to BEARS SOUTH than you Think

ok, Moving on.

The Bucs did carry the 2nd best Defense in the NFL but they were only 17th vs the Run- and if Carolina gets its running game going

If the Saints have a healthy Running game

Then the 2-0 vs the Saints and the 1-1 vs the Panthers of last year might go to 1-3 or even 0-4

and if you can;t stop the Run vs the Vikings - you are in for a LONG day plus the Seahawks and Cowboys are going to have a Ball as well

But this is mostly a minor point- this D is going to be good-> great

I just don;t have a large amount of faith in the Offense to score much this year - they did a pretty good job last year yet were 18th in the NFL in that department - much more dropoff and you might have to trade for Grossman in tampa
