Well I have to go with the Philly 76ers of the Eastern Conference over my beloved Toronto Raptors.

The 6ers added Elton Brand to a team that already shocked the NBA with a playoff appearance and scaring the Pistons in the first round.

They also kept their young neculeus included Andre Iguodala and Andre Miller as well as adding two very impressive rookies in Brandon Rush and Mareese Speights, giving them even more young talent.

Their team is even more well-rounded than last year as they fixed one of their main weaknesses, Post Play, by adding Brand to merge with Dalembert who has emerged as an excellent center in the last couple of years.

I personally believe that we should be expecting big things out of the 76ers this year and in the future as well.

I'm going with the Cavs. They finally got a guy to actually help out their front court in Mo Williams. Now they actually have a real PG, and a true one, and that is going to help LeBron James so much. They are now going to win the Central division, and they are going to come in 2nd in the Eastern Conference standings.

Elton Brand is a good player, but it isn't going to give the extra boost the 76ers need to do really well this year. Mo Williams is going to give the Cavs a HUGE boost for them, especially since he actually PLAYS PG, unlike the other "PG" that they were using, who weren't TRUE PG.

The Cavs improved the most, with Mo Williams.

Yeah, it might not seem like much, but since he is a good player, and he really puts a boost to the Cavs, the Cavs improved the most this offseason.

I am fairly sure that Mo Williams will not improve the Cavs as much as the addition of Brand, Rush, and Speights will do to the 76ers.

Mo Williams is not one of the best point guards in the league and Brand is one of the best power fowards in the league right now, added to the young center Samuel Dalembert, the 76ers now have a post prescence to match up with their East rivials.

I totally get the subtle improvement with the wekening of the Pistons will give them the Central title and second place, but that really isn't improving them that much, they added one average NBA point guard who wouldn't be starting on half the teams in the league.

Also the 76ers added a great rookie in Brandon Rush, who was very underrated in college as he was in the shadow of Oden-Durant, and Beasley-Rose during his stay. Also Speights looks like a great sleeper as he was the best player on last years Florida squad and has athleticism and can play good post defence, look for him to come of the bench a la David Lee this season.

I like the addition of Mo Williams to the Cavs as he was one of the only point guards available, but he will not improve the Cavs as much as the 3 players the 6ers added
