Who you got??

Name Round and Way in your First Arguement

My Pick?

ICEMAN by KO in round 3

I'll do this because it has been on here a while, and nobody else would.

Give me Rashad Evans by unanimous decision.

I won't argue since you didn't

Several things here

1. Chuck can actually stop someone- I am STILL not convinced Evans can stop ANYONE other than a lucky hit- Rashad I still think was a lucky Blind Squirrel in that Fight

2. Do you honestly think that Rashad is going to be able to stand for 15 minutes with Bobby Southwood- much less Chuck? I mean give Rashad what 3 takedowns TOTAL in this fight?

Chuck stuffed RANDY F'N COUTURE in 3 fights for the most part. You think Rashad can do what he didn;t? I see Rashad being like Tito or even Horn in this fight- either playing the crab after every hit HOPING Chuck jumps on him and gives him a chance.

My biggest grief with Chuck in this fight is his age.

Rashad is 28 years old, and in his prime.

He is 13-0-1, and has a solid stand-up and a solid ground game, having 3 victories via submission, and 3 via Knockout.

Chuck's best days are behind him, he is 38 years old, and has lost 2 of his last 3 fights, one to Keith Jardine, and the other to Rampage Jackson.

Turn back the clock 5 years, and I agree with you, but in 2008, I give this fight to Rashad.

I'm not saying Rashad will KO Chuck in the first round, as I think it will go to a decision, but Rashad will win the decision.

Chuck last fought Couture in February of 06, and Chuck didn't beat Randy 3 times, as Couture beat Chuck via TKO back in 03.

Plus Couture was a little bit up in years when Chuck beat him(not knocking Couture BTW)

So your saying Rashad will lose because of what Chuck did to Randy Couture over 2 and 1/2 years ago?

That doesn't click with me.

Give me the guy in his prime, Rashad Evans!!!

Chuck's best days are behind him, he is 38 years old, and has lost 2 of his last 3 fights, one to Keith Jardine, and the other to Rampage Jackson.

-- Jardine can hit- and Rampage is a Hall of Famer

Captain Lay and Pray is not going to win a decision over Chuck - First Dana might beat them all with a chair, next they would be riots in the Arean.

Next- the Lay and pray is not going to work here- Dana is going to make SURE that the ref (10 bucks says it;s the Stache) stands them up if Evans stops moving for more than 5 seconds. (esp if the other main event stinks)

I never said Chuck beat Randy 3 times- I said he stuffed his takedown for 3 fights and he did so.

5 years ago Chuck walks over Rashad- that is why I give him Three Rounds and not 3 minutes to take Evans out.

Plus Couture was a little bit up in years when Chuck beat him(not knocking Couture BTW)

Oh yeah Randy is old- ask Timmy and Gabe about how over the Hill Randy is.

Ask Timmy how it feels to lose 3 of his last 4 matches.

Ask Gabe how it feels to lose 2 of his last 3 fights.

Jardine can hit, but he is not in the ranks with Evans right now, and Jardine has hit a little bum in the road as well losing 2 of his last 3(that win was the one against Chuck)

Rampage didn't just beat Chuck, he embarrassed Chuck, a first round, first 2 minutes TKO, and Ken Shamrock is a HOFer, but would he beat Chuck right now?

If neither of them taps, or gets knocked out, or has a bad cut, then yes it will go to a decision, as bad as people hate it, and I don't see either submitting, or knocking out the other, but I expect 3 full exciting rounds, with Rashad Evans winning by unanimous decision.

I misinterpreted your Chuck over Couture comment, sorry about that.

But Rashad is in his prime, while Chuck is a coulpe years away from a mid-life crisis, and I give the advantage to Rashad.

Not leaning, but jumping left. <------. You had pretty good arguments though, outlaw.

Rashad Evans by lay 'n pray.

Prediction: if Rashad Evans wants to take Lidell down, he will.

And yes, I know about the Iceman's "legendary" takedown defense.

But Rashad has a whole different level of shooting and taking down foes. Besides, the Iceman is growing old. Strength is the last thing to go, but agility (and takedown defense needs it!) is the first.
