the texans will finish with a better record than the vikings

matt schaub, ahman green, andre johnson, and owen daniels on offense
demeco ryans, mario williams, anthony weaver, and dunta robinson
some talented young kids and tired of losing vets are going to be better than the vikings


well lets see here, what about the texans offensive line? they have given up more sacks than anyone in the league the last few years. And who are the vets that are tired of losing? The only good player on the texans offense is andre johnson. ahman green is way past his prime and is injured too often. Matt shaub has only started two games his entire career. The texans do have htree talented young players ondefense in mario williams, demeco ryans, and dunta robinson, but the rest of there defense garbage.


well the vikings arent so great either especially on offense, besides their o-line and running backs. i meanlook at their wide recievers, bobby wade and troy williamson who cant catch and they have visante shiancoe at tight end. tarvaris will be good in the future but not this year, he will struggle especially without anybody good to throw to
ahman green isnt past his prime he had 1059 rushig yards and averaged 4.5 yards per carry, his career average
at least matt schaub has more years in the nfl than tarvaris so he will
be able to make smarter decisions


well lets see how schaub makes those desicions lying on his back all year. At least tarvaris wont be getting sacked 50 times next year, and at least he will have a dominant running game he can use. look at the texans defense, it is one of the worst in the league, there are way to many holes. The vikings on the other hand have a solid defense. they had the seconed best run defense of all time last year. the only reason why thier pass defense ranked 26th last year is because thier run defense was so good that offenses would pass 80% of the time.


and because darren sharper is getting too old and antoine winfield was the only good cover guy they had
the tekans d should be much improved next year, amobi okoye should help stuff the run, weaver and williams will get pressure on the qb, dunta robison is a good cover guy, and demeco ryans is a tackling machine
last year the texans o-line gave up 41 sacks thank you very much


the thing is, thats only 5 of 11 platers on the field. the rest of their defense is garbage. Plus, Amobi Okoye is a 19 year old rookie. and the vikings do have two good corners in antoine winfield, and cedric griffen. even though sharper is getting old, he is still an elite safety. the vikings just have a more solid defense than the texans at every position.

it doesnt matter who the texans got on offense they still havent addressed their oline...their D is gettin better but they are going to get torn to hell because their offense is going to go three and out alot....Vikings also have one of the most dominant Left sides in the game with McKinnie, Hutchinson, and Birk and that goes along with two great RBs....

I can't believe you didn't bring up the fact the Vikes play in the much easier NFC, and in probably the weakest division in the NFC. That makes for an easier road to getting some wins....
