Well First off i never accpeted the throwdown, because the other throwdown that me and shadow were talking about was that Bret Farve is the BEST EVER QB which he is not that was my agrument not taht he was never good. So shadow decided to challenge me to a throwdown that does not make sense for me to argue. Of course Bret Farve is good but not the best ever.

Also sorry i have a life outside of fan nation and can not be on here 24/7 like some of you losers. I have a job and work all day unlike some of you guys. So that is why i never put up a post on the throwdown

next time shadows make more sense and word the throwdown better
and don't get all your little friends to start writing stuff and voting before i even get to make a post. You are a cheater and just like Farve trying to pad your stats

Really? I can't even say anything...when was the last time the Browns even had a winning record? Or anything of worth?



Also, don't make up excuses, no one could be on here all day, that would be impossible. I work, have school, and I'm a weightlifter, so I try to get on when I have some time, which has recently been often, but really before these past few weeks I haven't...notice I signed up back in February and became active only over the past two weeks.

I hate to play Rodney King here but can't we just all get along? Both sides have points. No need to personally insult each other. In my opinion Favre is definitely a beast for all the games he has played in a row. He at one time was a great QB but, like all older QBs, has experienced a decline. Part of this is skill deficiency, part of it has to do with players like Bubba Franks dropping so many passes. It is hard to say if the Packers are better without him because, to be honest, we have never really seen the alternative. But he is certainly in the top 10 of all time.

yeah there's no need to throw insults around...let your debating stand for you...anyway this is a hard throwdown topic to fight against. Maybe Bret is washed up, maybe he isn't, but he definitely was a great qb in his prime is still a valuable part of the packers offense...i mean without him what would the pack do?

That is what i am saying it is hard for me to say farve was not good but he is not the greatest qb ever that was the other throwdown and that is where i mad my arugment not that he was not good at all or that he was never good. And yes i accepted the throwdown because i like talking about sports and i got mad because people already voted before any posts where even made on the topic and people are saying things that i am a**** and that i was not going to write on the topic. I just didn't come on the computer til last night and saw the throwdown so. I will make my case and vote for the best arguement not if you are friends of the other person or if you just don't like me that is wrong

I am sorry I said some insults in this throwdown and the last, but this has gotten me really mad. And you did insult me too. I kind of understand what you are saying, and I do agree that he is not the best quarterback ever. Still, you made a lot of strong accusations and statements earlier, which you havn't exactly backed up. Especially the Super Bowl.

Favre is no Dan Marino, he is better. I think you have Favre confuse with Marino, Diehard. Marino was always yelling at his guys and interceptions were never his fault obviously the receiver ran the wrong route. He hated any running game because then he couldnt pad his stats. Favre is totally opposite and I should know I have been a season ticket holder since before Favre came along. I like many was mad when they got him because he was a relative unknown that liked to party, but boy did he prove everyone wrong. You can see every Sunday he gives a 110% and is the consumate professional and teammate. Hes usually on the sidelines joking with the guys and go over plays with his receivers. I hate to say it Diehard but you are wrong on this one. With Brett it has always been team first.

Oh yeah he even did the Lambeau Leap last year! Good luck with Brady. I know Joe Thomas can play we'll see if Bradys as good as they say.

I also aplogize for some of my comments, And the thing about the superbowl is i just think that if farve played that great in the superbowl he would have won the MVP of that game because well he is brett farve and it would have been his first superbowl win. Not Desmond Howard and i understand that you said that Farves Td's came when they were already up but still stats are stats no matter what point in time they came at in the game. I guess my real beef is that in the biggest game in farves career the people who vote for the mvp did not give him that honor. Just like Brady should be 3 for 3 i mean he threw the ball to Branch. I would put Brady ahead of Farve as all time best. Great throwdown and i look forward to more against you shadow

As for the Super Bowl, Desmond Howard's touchdown was the last score of the game, it clinched the game. Favre had all of his touchowns in the first half.

Excuse me, it's the football offseason, so I'm a weightlifter and not a football player...also, you never answered my question: when was the last time Cleveland was anygood or even worth anything?
