top 10 fantasy football QB's this year

I know theres so much hate for Romo, but his passer rating was 95.1 which is excellent if romo played a whole year, he could've had 4000 yards- good fantasy numbers and yes he choked, but this is fantasy QB, not overall. Sure Vince Young will get you rushing yards, but he lost his 2 best receivers and didn't get good replacements.- He had the worst passer rating of any starting QB last year and didn't get more support- Vick I could see in the top 10 but not young. I have kitna at 6 because of his great wide receiver's - Johnson, Roy Williams and Furrey- remember fantasy not overall. I love brees, but the saints will be running more this year so I would take Palmer fantasy wise and he has johnson and tj houshmandzadeh


how can u have kitna before mcnabb though, last year mcnabb threw 18 Tds and rushed for three in 10 games, kitna threw 21 tds but 22 interceptions last year, mcnabb threw 6 picks, tony romo is too inconsistent and i know vince young isnt that great of a passer but last year he had 7 rushing tds, palmer will be hurt by the suspension of chris henry who last year caught 9 tds


I have Kitna ahead of McNabb because Kitna has Furrey who caught 98 passes for over 1000 yards last year, Williams who had over 1300 receiving yards, and Calvin Johnson who is unbelievable. Kitna doesn't have health issues like McNabb, and Kitna is in a Mike Martz offense, so you know he'll be passing a ton while McNabb while rely on Westbrook often. Say what you want about Romo- I'm not a fan of him- but he did have a 95 passer rating and would've passed for over 4,000 yards last year had he played the entire season. Vince Young isn't a great passer, and lost his best 2 receivers and running back, so I wouldn't expect much from him as teams can blitz heavily because the titans receivers aren't good


but still, 22 interceptions is a lot and i dont know he does have drew stanton behind him so who knows if he will play the whole season, and the titans have 2 good tight ends in scaife and troupe

it depends on the league..........if it is 10 yards rushing per 1 point, then yes young and vick should be there, but if its 20 yards rushing per point, then they shouldnt be.

phillip rivers should be over young and hasselbeck. and i would argue romo should be there. he only played 10 games and would have had over 4000 yards if he played all 16

kitna was ranked pretty high last year for fantasy qbs and now he has 2 lethal WRs. sure their o-line sucks, but they will be behind much of the time and he will be forced to throw a lot.

maybe not 6 or 7, but i bet hell be in the top 10. i sure as hell wouldnt draft him, but i can see him being ranked there

Keep in mind guys that the throwdown is about top ten fantasy QB's, not top ten QB's overall. Kitna's got the pass-happiest coach in the NFL and possibly the best WR corps in the league. He'll be gunning it like a madman, that probably won't result in the Lions getting above .500, but it will result in good fantasy numbers.
