Better %

and Tasker Made PROBOWLS as a ST- defined the postion- and was a MUCH better tackler than Deion

6-3 on Offense, Stat-wize- THough Monk was a Sure win though Ellard was WAY underrated.

I'll let you do the D

Bruce Smith - 200 sacks
Willie McGinest (OLB) (Wikipedia) - 78 sacks is Patriots record
Trace Armstrong - 106.5 sacks

Charles Haley - 100.5 sacks
Chris Doleman - 150.5 sacks
Pat Swilling - 107.5 sacks
2-1 since you put McGinest as a DL when he is actually OLB.
Mo Lewis - 1231 tkls, 52.5 sks, 14 Ints, 13 fum recov & 5 TD
Cornelious Bennett - 71 sks, 7 Ints, 27 fum recov & 2 TD
Darryl Talley - 1137 tkls, 38.5 sks, 12 Ints, 14 fum recov & 2 TD
Bryan Cox - 940 tkls, 51.5 sks, 4 Ints, 14 fum recov and 2 TD

Kevin Greene - 160 sks, 5 Ints and 1 TD (tackles not listed)(Wikipedia)
Bill Romanowski - 1105 tkls, 39.5 sks, 18 Ints & 1 TD
Jessie Tuggle - 1803 tkls, 21 sks, 6 Ints, 9 fum recov & 5 TD
Ken Norton - 12 sks, 5 Ints, 13 fum recov & 2 TD
2-2 (was leaning 3-1 with Tuggle over Talley in the long run but I can live with 2-2)
Nate Odomes - 26 Ints w/1 TD; 3 sks, 8 fum recov & 2 TD
Ty Law - 51 Ints w/7 TD; 5 sks, 4 fum recover
Ronnie Lott - 63 Ints w/5 TD; 8.5 sks, 17 fum recov
Eric Thomas - 17 Ints w/1 TD; 3 sks

Deion Sanders - 53 Ints w/9 TD; 1 sk, 13 fum recov
Merton Hanks - 33 Ints w/3 TD; 3 sks and 1 fum recov
Dana Hall - 7 Ints; 2 sks
1-2-1
5-5-1 stat wiz

#1 Thank you SO MUCH for actually not whining about every stat I threw out- It is SO refreshing to TD with a . . . .actual person! Yaay to Jonsey

#2- Willie is listed as DL on www.pro-football-reference.com - So I screwed up there- I didn;t catched it- I'll drop the point there.

#3 so we go 5-5-1 with the D
6-3 on O

so I got you 11-8-1

___________-

Now- I'll take Talley over Tuggle- less tackles because he was in coverage a great deal- and still a better player IMHO

I still can;t belive I got to use Monk and STILL got swept in Wideouts- Geez!

I am not a Deion fan by any Means (,Natrone) I'd take Law over him any day as well several outt here- but can you imagin putting him and Lott on the same side? - Ok I've gone off topic

No problem, this was fun from the beginning.

Stat wize, yes I will say you have me in most areas but during this time period, I think my guys would win out. Maybe I should have went with Montana but we were in a time period were Young was the most dominant, would I have gotten the point for Montana maybe.

Deion might not be my biggest fan either but he was a shut down corner and an outstanding PR/KR. I did want to know if I had to use him for only one position cause then it would have been DB and I would have put Eric Metcalf in as my ST guy.

This is a fun TD and hope to see you on the battlefield once again.

Hey! That website doesn't tell you who Dan Marino played for!

Now I'll never know.

November 26, 2007  08:41 AM ET

Pitt

November 26, 2007  11:37 AM ET

Do I have to use 2 different individuals for 2 different positions?

November 26, 2007  11:38 AM ET

Just left Jonesy's office. He's working hard on this list. Too hard in fact. He should be fired.

November 26, 2007  12:42 PM ET

It was a difficult list to make and have nothing better to do right now. Well I did but felt like this needed my undire attention for the 1st half of the morning.

November 26, 2007  09:46 PM ET

um, i'm a little confused....when did NO and ATL join the NFC West?

November 26, 2007  10:39 PM ET

they were part of the NFC west between 1990 and 1995 (that is what I had to go by).

November 28, 2007  09:34 AM ET

And for the record, I haven't voted for myself twice (were that second vote came in I'll never know). Just wanted to be honest with you David cause I know your watching me.

November 28, 2007  09:44 AM ET

Just a question. Isn't one of the criteria that the teams used "have to be in that division today"? Doesn't that disqualify any player from New Orleans or Atlanta?

November 28, 2007  10:52 AM ET

Great TD, great Arguments, i actually sense IQ in this TD, unfortunatly i can't vote for both, so I am going with My Fins and Marino, oh glorious days were those (not really but compared to recently anything is)

November 28, 2007  11:22 AM ET

Deion might not be my biggest fan either but he was a shut down corner and an outstanding PR/KR

So who is your biggest Fan?

thanks for a great TD- anytime you want to go again let me know.

November 28, 2007  11:33 AM ET

ERIC DICKERSON?!?!?!?!

November 28, 2007  12:02 PM ET

My wife, daughter and Gruden's wife are my biggest fans.

I'll be doing more TD tourney's so if we ever face off against eachother again, I'll be ready.
