Cam Cameron is the worst Head Coach in the league!

Come, on! Ginn Jr. over Quinn! 0-11! Getting ride of Culpepper and trading for Green! Drafting Josh Beck a 25 year old rookie! What the hell was he thinking!? Worst coach in the league!


Wost coach, I have another one in mind but I think after watching lastnights game and watching Beck play, right now I don't think thats a bad pick up for them right now. He made the correct passes and reads (if only his WR made the catches, then his stats might have looked better).

But after all that I would say Norv Turner/Mike Nolan/Scott Linehan are probably the worst coaches in the league. Norv Turner turned a 14-2 team into 6-5 right now and trying to fend off the Broncos. How do you do that with the most talented RB in the league? Mike Nolan, he went from 7-9, to 3-8...most of the writers had them either winning the division or wild card berth but then you let go the best thing going for you on offense in Norv and bring in a guy that needs his hands held to call plays on offense. And finally Scott Linehan, you have the run and gun offense at your dispense and a top 5 RB for you and you lose 8 in a row and everyone on fannation TDing who is going to win first. How do you re-sign a franchise QB that is injured when he signed the contract, how dumb is that.


Norv didn't turn a good team that was thought to make the playoffs into a team that can't win a single game! Cameron made the wrong choices early on! Beck did do good I agree with you on that! But, he is older for a rookie dont you think? Quinn is young and was coming off a good year in college where was Beck? Sure the Chargers aren't living up to the hype, but did you ever think Marty was just that good? The Chargers are still winning their division the Dolphins can't win a single GAME!!!!!!! with Cam's playbook or sceam. its something about him that just is no good at Head Coach!


Norv did turn a good team into a team that can't win a game, or let a team comeback and almost beat them in the end. If you watched the game lastnight you would understand why he is a little old for a rookie QB, Cam I think made the right choice at getting Beck as their QB of the future.

Marty may have pretty much never won a playoff game or taken a team to the Super Bowl but I can't fire a coach that wins 14 games during the regular season and make the playoffs well before the end of the season, not fighting it out in the middle of the season against the Broncos.

It is true that Cam should have traded his pick for a few spots back and get another pick or two for Ginn but he made it at the spot he was given and we'll see if it turns out later on down the road.


It's not just about who he drafted, ok that part is over....but what about the way the team is viewed in the league this year! You think he will be fired after this season is over? I do! Do you think Norv will be fired? I don't! There is no way Norv is having a worse year than Cam Cameron, Sorry! What do you like about Cam so much? That he is an awsome Offensive Coordinator? Yes he is! He did great in San Diego! But since he has arrived in Miami there has been nothing but disappointment for the fans and Owner! Cam has the potential, but not here....not now! This year he is the worst coach!


Will he be fired after this season, No why because most rookie HC fail in their first year with that type of team. Nolan first year 4-12, Linehan first year 8-8 and I think he'll be fired before Cameron will after this dismal season. And finally my man Norv, who is not a proven winner any where he goes and coaches with his stints in Washington, Oakland and now San Diego, he has to be the worst coach this year and every year he is a Head Coach of a football team or he finally wins a SB as a Head Coach, not the OC.

The mistake was not taking the BEST WR possible. I understand Ginn can return kicks, but if you are that worried keep Welker! Anthony Gonzalez should've been their pick.

I don't think anyone is worse dude, that is why I am waiting on the arguments, but Quinn couldn't fit in there because everywhere he was he had great WRs.

Brady Quinn would have been a HUGE reach at #9 (notice he didn't get picked until 22, and he might have fallen further if not for the Browns trading back in.)

John Beck, btw, is a potentially great player. You act like Cam Cameron drafted this random yahoo out of no where. Beck was one of the most acclaimed passers in the draft.

Quinn hasn't played a down in the NFL and he is overated? He is not even rated. Quinn would not of been a reach at 9 it just so happened that no team needed a QB or had a bigger need than QB from 2-21.

You want to know what overrated is, take a look at Phillip Rivers.

By the way, how is it CAM CAMERON'S fault Ginn was drafted? I am sure he had SOME say, but come on... you think they let him solely manage a draft within what, three months of his hiring and a top 10 pick? Gimme a break. Scouts, the GM, the offensive and defensive co-ordinator, maybe even the team owner and president all had a say in that.

He did take my niners to the playoffs during his tenure their but he wasn't a good fit in Detroit. Now Dennis Erickson, he is another one of the worst all time.
