Would be a mistake if the Bucs didn't keep Garcia, he did get them into the Playoffs and he is 38, that is a good sign for a QB that age.

It's a strange world when a guy who is 38 that nobody else wanted is thinking about holding out a year after nobody wanted him. If I was the Bucs I'd let him hold out and fine him. How many years does he thinks he has left? I think Garcia has been underappreciated throughout much of his career, but now is not the time to holdout.

If they give him anything more then they already have, they're stupid. He's under contract untill he's 40 so if he decides to hold out they can just hold on to him untill his NFL years expire, just ask Jake Plummer.

Also Jackson won't be in the top 75% of starting QB's again this year, Last year he was throwing against 3 man secondaries and he put up horrible numbers what reason do have to think they will get better? And no Berrian is not the second coming of Cris Carter so don't give me that crap.

Those poultry number that you put up last year doesn't cut it Jeff. The only resaon you were signed was because Simms couldn't start and our defense carried this team to the playoffs not you. I rather see McCown given a chance instead of wasting money on a guy that should have followed Farve out the door

He signed a contract (worth millions) to play for 2 years. It's sad how worthless these documents are in sports these days. Places like west virginia, tampa bay, and anywhere else there are star athletes and coaches suffer because this is allowed.
