Absolute bull crap....AJ has been doing a respectable job and Scott Speed is wasting our time dabbling.........

My thoughts exactly jackman. AJ did a respectable job, there are a lot worse drivers out there than AJ..

The only thing Scott Speed has go going for him is a fairly cool name!

Red Bull is making a huge mistake! AJ has a great deal of talent and he's proven it on the track. Speed is untested in "Big Leagues!" We have already seen many "Open Wheel" guys come to NASCAR lately and none have scored anything spectacular as expected. Speed will be no different. But the good news is that some team with half a brain can pick up a good driver in AJ. Personally, I believe this is a great opportunity for Penske and get rid of that useless driver in Sam Hornish!

there are going to be some other team that will pick him up, he can drive but right now Red Bull is putting all he effort into Vickers.. he will be a 3rd or 4th driver for a team.

I'll keep it unanimous. I doubt if Speed is ready for Cup, and AJ is just being dumped. Hope he gets a decent ride. What are these owners thinking?

Allmendinger was definitely improving with each race and next year looked to be a very good year for him. Scott Speed has had success at the other levels but will that success translate to the Cup level? I hope A. J. gets another ride

GEM who wants to have four rides on the circuit next year will be all over this kid like Ants on a piece of candy.

Scott Speed is going to be a freak! Just what this sport needs is a totally wacked out driver, and Scott will be that wacko.

HOW ABOUT PETTY ENTERPRISES FOR AJ

Yeah AJ has been stepping up these past few weeks. Maybe he will find a ride at Petty, Penske or Michael Waltrip.

AJ wont have that cool car though......those red bull rides makes me want to guzzle that tepid sugar laden caffiene laced syrupy pulpy and overpriced rocket fuel.

This might be a good thing for AJ.

AJ will for sure be one of those "switch a team and do much better" guys. He has great potential and Red Bull is making a stupid mistake.

might be a good fit, as long as he is taking Kyle's ride, and not starting up a new team. he isn't going to be in the top 35 anyways, hopefully he will make a home someplace

Guess we won't be seeing the HOT Mrs Allmendinger at the track anymore either....bummer!

AJ is leaving because they only offered 1 more year, he has an offer with someone else for 3 years.
