I don't get mad because there is only like 5 white guys in the NBA, so why should he care of there are no black guys on a college baseball team....aren't they in rural West Virginia anyway?!

First of all, I think it's safe to say that WVU doesn't strictly recruit WV High School Baseball players so it's not important if it's located in rural WV or Downtown Manhatten. The coach and staff decide who gets a scholarship, who makes the team and who doesn't.
Patrick White is too good of a player and too good of a person to play for the likes of Van Zant anyway.. That's why he stuck with Coach Stewart who is an outstanding man and coach.
I live in WV and, yes, we have African Americans here.. against popular belief.

Airborne, the reason White didn't say anything under the RR Regime is because RR wouldn't hear of letting one of his players be dual sports figures.
White was never given the opportunity that Stewart has given him and the other players.
As for White's comments.... Sometimes the Truth hurts.

This is Kerry Earnhardt's middle kid.. He started out in the RCR Developmental Program... Probably showed promise and TEI snatched him up... I bet Richard Childress could choke that ol hag...
